Groundscapes completed a paver patio with a seat wall and poured a pad for our hot tub. The process was quite smooth from the drawings in the beginning (which had to be tweaked a few times), to the scheduling, to the on site crew, site visits, and completion of project. Nick, the owner, Cody, GJ, and Ryan were all attentive to detail and any concerns. Any time we had a question via phone call or email, they were answered in a timely manner. We did have a hiccup with our existing gas line, which was taken care of promptly. The onsite crew was friendly and did a nice job of clean up after each day. We are very pleased with our patio!

We had a drainage problem in our yard and wanted a total solution that included a new patio and landscaping around the entire house. Groundscapes was one of 4 vendors who we had look a the challenge and the only who showed confidence they could get it done. We were very pleased with the work, the workers, the follow up and the services. Now 9 months later everything looks great and no drainage issues. When we had a couple minor issues they came back and fixed it. I would highly recommend Groundscapes to any one.

I could not of been more disappointed with this landscaping company. I have never written a negative review about any business but the customer service this business provided was absolutely awful. We signed a contract with deposit first week in July, were told estimated end of July first week or two in August. Did not hear from this company again until I emailed/called them in September. Finally by mid September without any communication and them having a substantial deposit, I said "hey I'd like my deposit back, we obviously are off on the wrong foot here". I got put off again and told I couldn't get my deposit back as they had ordered supplies for my job. Even though they had no idea when my job would start and couldn't even give me a 10 day window. At that time though he told me it would be October. I said please give me a few days notice before coming out, I have dogs etc. to plan for. Well they show up on Monday morning, no notice or anything, a phone call on my way to taking the kids to school. They mostly finished the job in roughly 7 business days. Quality is fine as far as I can tell. Issue with the sprinklers but I expected they weren't going to be real helpful with them. The "consultant" came out and asked me to sign that he had been out several times while they were doing it for site visits. I did, even though he hadn't been out at all other than to collect the remaining fee. They didn't complete the fence around the garbage cans, he told me it'd be a couple weeks. I waited a couple weeks, called him, he will check into it. He texts me about 5 days later, it'll be three weeks. Then I get an email another ~week later saying uh, I'm going to have you just do this yourself with S&W. We are going to credit you $297 (he allowed $500 on the bid that I've already paid). I'm just disgusted with this company and would never recommend them to anyone.

Did our waterfall at home 8 years ago. Did a great job. Owners and staff are very nice and easy to work with. New office in Valley, NE. Very nice...we needed to buy a new pump.

Very unprofessional place to work! I had an experienced foreman on a hardscaping crew tell me he wouldn't recommend groundscapes to his own family. Horrible unorganized place to work. I still haven't even got w2 and it's Feb. 20th. I even reached out to get it no phone call back. I would never consider working for groundscapes again.

My husband first was introduced Groundscapes through his work at CHI. Now we are using Groundscapes for our home lawn maintenance and are very happy with the care provided. We actually won the neighborhood association award for “Botanical Paradise” this month. Thanks!!!

I had a tree removed from our yard and wanted something in the place and decided on a berm. Also had some previous landscaping that needed updated. worked with Austin on finding the right design and best options for plants. I don't have good luck keeping plants alive and he helped pick out ones that could survive my skills. Couldn't be happier with the results.

I had an excellent experience using Groundscapes for a major back yard patio project. I especially appreciated the collaboration during the design process, as they went back to the drawing board after I committed to give me something that ended up exceeding my expectations. As a fellow contractor, I am keenly aware of supply chain issues and how large their backlog was…but once they were able to start my project they worked fast and effectively. I had weekly meetings where I was able to voice any concerns and make any tweaks or value adds on the fly, and those little touches really ended up making a huge difference. I gave them a curveball by having them install a hot tub from a third party and they handled that well. Their on site crew was super professional and great to work with. They came up with some creative solutions to problems as they arose. As far as the design, their team dramatically improved the look and feel of my backyard. It is unrecognizable. To be balanced, the only concern I had was we had some cost overruns beyond my original budget, but I am pretty sure my tastes are to blame for most of that. I don’t think they are the cheapest solution out there, but I would recommend them to anybody.

We needed a water feature and an outdoor grilling area for a pool project. Groundscapes was by far the best company we worked with throughout the project. Their work was outstanding and their professionalism was even better. Was truly happy with everything they did for our project. Looking back? I wish we would’ve found them sooner to just do the entire project for us! Highly recommend them, and will certainly be asking them to do more in the future for us!
