I have knee and back problems, I've done therapy with 5 different therapists! When I went to jeree I thought it would be the same thing like the other 5. First day with jeree I knew it was gonna be different she is the most amazing therapist there is and she still goes to conventions to learn the unknown out there! I would go back to her anytime if I needed to, she explains everything before she does things, I love her and her attitude, she picks the best staff to! I have been going to Fremont Therapy for over a month now. Seeing an occupational therapist as well as a physical therapist. Huang and Jessica are top notch therapists. Professional extremely good at their jobs, friendly and empathetic. I recently had duel carpel tunnel release surgery and have had to build strength in my hands. Thanks to Huang I am on my way to recovery. In addition to carpel tunnel I had a blood clot in my leg and lost a lot of strength in my left leg causing me not be able to do my job. While I'm still working on regaining my strength Jessica has given me one heck of a base to build on. Further more I chose Fremont Wellness and choose to drive there from Lincoln where I reside as I believe in the staff at Fremont Therapy & Wellness. Sincere Thanks to the Staff.

Fremont Therapy & wellness is very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding about your situation. They are willing to go above n beyond to satisfy your needs. I have gone through two shoulder rehabs. Fremont Therapy is definitely the place I would recommend. Very professional and caring and knowledgeable. I was impressed by the level of care and the kindness they shown. Scheduling appointments and handling of my insurance and billing was also handled in a customer centered way. Fremont Therapy has excellent therapists and staff! They greet you when you arrive. They care how you are doing. They helped me with chronic pain in my feet and heels. I was thinking I was going to have to do surgery but they were able to teach me stretches and exercises to improve strength and flexibility and reduce the pain! It has been a blessing to know Jeree and her team-- excellent, quality people! A special thanks to Jessica and Nicole!

I was able to experience two of the therapists at Fremont Therapy & Wellness within the last few months. They offered a free session to see if they could help me. I decided to do the exercises the therapist provided for the neck pain I was having and after giving me all the options for treatment, there was no pressure to move forward with services if I could do the exercises faithfully on my own. Additionally, I felt very comfortable with the pelvic health therapist and I learned what is normal and practiced exercises to help my situation. The payment plan was very reasonable, all employees are nice, welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend Jeree and her team at Fremont Therapy & Wellness!

Fremont Therapy and Wellness greeted me with a professional staff and a clean facility. Everyone has been welcoming. My physical therapist is thorough in explaining what we are doing and why. I noticed relief after the first visit for my TMJ.

I went to FT and Wellness for a heel spur. They used their new shock therapy machine on my heel and I had immediate relief. The owner and all the employees were trained, professional, and they got me in on time. They were also very accommodating when I had to move appointments around. I highly recommend them.

My son had infant torticollis and we were referred to Fremont Therapy and Wellness for some physical therapy to get this corrected. John was absolutely fantastic with him and answered all of my questions and showed me how to complete the stretches at home. We definitely will be returning if therapy is needed for anyone in our family again!
