It is what it is. The best thing about this place is the management and fair price. These days that's what matters most.

This place is a slum hole. The rooms are dirty and stink. The internet doesnt work. The staff doesnt speak english. Staff rips off people. This is the kind of place that probably has hidden toilet cams and every other nightmare you can imagine. Dont stay here.

It was to book it but lately it's it's low income and it was nasty and gross cause they live there now.

My dad called to reserve a room for a week recently. The Guy who picked up said it was booked. Dad just called to confirm and the guy gave his room away. He even acknowledged that he talked to my dad about reserving the room. Complete BS!!

Bring your own shampoo and don't bring 3 or 4 star expectations. This is an aged facility and it shows. It was clean, they had the AC running when I got there and were polite to deal with.

My landlord refused to fix my door and refused to hater during winter months he also turned off our power four hours or more and. He changed the plugin so that we could not use it I just got my door fixed I have documented every thing I have documentation. My wife and I FROM A DOCTOR three days later after the doctors visit I woke up next to her deceased. I administered CPR for a 25 minutes I asked my landlord why my door heater fix during the winter months and I quote his response was I DON'T KNOW

room was clean when I was movin in! same day wenttò use my toilet' it was broke... couldn't flush it! called Doug (owner) he sent his is son over to "check it out" took 2 days before they were able to fix it! They needed to replace the whole toilet.... when they did water went EVERYWHERE! DIDN'T seem to bother him watching ME clean a BUNCH of water and the rest of their mess off my floor! Don't get along with some of my neighbors either!

Received the room clean... but the bathroom lid was broken. I was raised right so for me I made sure I left the room as I received it. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned away. Left the room spotless. At the beginning I was told to receive my deposit when I leave... 5 months later and I still haven’t received my deposit. I’m still in Fremont but I’m not worried about the $100 they can keep the deposit to fix that toilet lit or whatever. It’s funny because if they had issues with my address they could have called or texted me since they have my personal phone number. It’s just not fair when they say one thing and it’s not true. So be aware if you want your deposit back. You might not get it back. Make sure they really give it to you before you leave the town/state.
