Brandon flaked on his first appointment and asked for an upfront deposit when he rescheduled. I said I don’t give money to people I’ve never met in person But I’d be happy to pay the deposit when he shows up before he starts to clean. He said no and canceled on me the day of the scheduled clean.

Everything was done as I asked . We had excellent communication before and during the work. I would have them do things for me again and would highly recommend them. Thank you for going the extra detail as I needed. Most appreciated

DO NOT USE - NO SHOW - UNRESPONSIVE Unprofessional business with a clear failure to communicate. I scheduled a cleaning with this team and they didn’t show for the initial date. They didn’t proactively reach out to me about their inability to meet the agreed upon commitment, but were kind when I reached out to them and I agreed to reschedule. They again were a NO SHOW for the SECOND time. This time they didn’t answer any calls, messages, or texts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND these folks. Don’t waist your time.

Dust Busters cleans for Central Valley Ag at the Oakland East Hub. We are very satisfied. Very responsive, and does a great job with the cleaning tasks assigned. Definitely would recommend.

They cancelled the 1st appt. Then only worked on the car for 1 hour then walled away from the job and broke one of the vents on the car. And only refunded 40% of the bill. I told you the make and model of the car you were detailing when I called you. And also told you that I was willing to pay the $40 extra dollars when the job was completed, since I already paid the whole 179 invoice as a deposit. Would have been nice if he would have showed up on time. Wasted 2 days, to have them just walk away from the job without saying anything to my girlfriend who was there at the house.
