Came out on a warranty call from American Home Shield. They were prompt, fixed the problem quickly and tested everything before they left. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent.

They were assigned to us by our Home Warranty company for an AC Unit problem. We could not be ANY happier!! Chris was prompt in showing up and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. He had our blower motor replaced within an hour and explained WHY we were having problems. He didn't try to do more than was needed and made sure the rest of the system was working correctly.

They have not returned my calls. I left a message 5 days ago with them and called again the next day and have not heard from them. They seemed to temporarily fix my AC the first time. I called them a couple of days after the first fix, as my unit was still not operating correctly. They have yet to my return my calls into them to fix something they did not fix the first time.

They came to inspect my furnace in the morning, and discovered we needed a whole new blower and motor, not a part they have in their vehicles. Despite that, they were still back, same day, with the parts and had my furnace up and running! Absolute super hero move. Couldn’t be happier with the service!
