Applebee's Grill + Bar

The food was so good! Our server Viktor E was the best. They checked in with us they suggested one of the new 7 dollar drinks and it was vary good. They were so friendly and helpful when ordering. The pasta was not drenched in sauce just lightly tossed in it will beautifully done chicken no chewy bits at all. The fries were crispy and flavorful. The dragon fruit lemonade was vary tasty even got a cup to go. We will be back and ask for Viktor E next time we come in.

Our watress was amazing,food was great, and the desert was soooo good. My husband had the french onion soup and it was so good.

Slower than slow, left before our food was ready to be served. Several tables came in after us, and had eaten appetizers and meal, Paid and left. Still No food! Have never had empty beers long before food comes out. Soo very disappointing! Had to ask for our food twice, still no food.

If I could rate 0 stars I would..we Sat there for 30 min while the staff walked around lost. Only 8 tables , so not that busy to blatantly ignore us. So we left !!! Ad we walked out the door they said ;) thanks folks) LMAO clueless..

Horrible Service…Waitress told me they had my salad done and brought it out 20 minutes later. Food took 45 minutes before it came out and people who came in after were getting their food before us. It wasn’t even worth complaining because the tables around us were complaining too.

Even though we waited 45 minutes for food to arrive. My food was just warm, meat was overdone, loaded potato was cold, cheese on it was just sprinkled should have been melted. Even though they asked me when ordering if I wanted steak sauce, didn't get it. They never asked me if I needed anything else, had to remind the server about the sauce. Daughters burger was overdone even though we told the server pink in the middle. The bun was hard over grilled. Appetizers were good, beer and alcohol was good as we.

The food was okay, but not as good as it usually is when I eat here. My sister order a steak and it was undercooked and bled much more than she likes, so she very kindly asked if they could throw it back on for a few minutes. When it came back, it was completely charred. So she then asked if she could just get a new one. The waitress comped her meal and we waited forever. So finally we asked where her steak was and the waitress said she thought we asked to just get rid of the steak so we again asked for a new one. By the time my sister got a good steak, the kids and other adults were ready to pay and leave.

The bartender was our attentive waiter. He had a few other customers and tended to us all efficiently and cordially. We had the Bourbon street chicken. Scrumptious as expected. No complaints.

This restaurant needs some better management and to train their young inexperienced servers. The host was rude. The table we were sat at was still dirty. The server was the clearly not trained well, he was the most pleasant person there and that isn't saying much. Overall the restaurant is dirty. When another server brought some of our food I told her I had a salad she was rude telling it it's back there and she couldn't carry it. When the salad came out it had black lettuce in it. We had to ask for refills and our food came out wrong, no surprise because when taking our order for a six top the server did not write it down. They did not take dirty dishes in. They keep setting stuff infront of the toddler at the end of the table.

We got seats immediately which is good. Our server, Peter, was courteous and very friendly. The orders were correct, which is a plus. It was an awesome dining experience. Thank you Peter.
