Air Comfort Heating & Cooling

Replaced my furnace and AC unit last year for much cheaper than the competitors and with bigger units. Very happy with there service plan, I know that if I have a problem I can call them and they will send a tech out to fix my service quickly.

Wayne did a superior job! He asked me questions and made suggestions/adjustments based on our conversation and the system’s performance. Everything is working great!

Air Comfort came to service our HVAC system and they do a great job. When there are things that might need fixed or cleaned they show us prices. They're on time and give you a heads up before they come by.

Our AC went out and they put in on the call list and if a technician was available we'd get help same day otherwise it would be first thing the next morning. We got a phone call in the afternoon that the techs were on their way. Very professional guys, knowledgeable and they got our AC back in service with in no time! Highly recommend this company!

Jonathan is a solid, hard working, genuine- ly pleasant employee who is a massive credit to Air Comfort Heating and Air. This guy trump's all heating people in Columbus, because he 'cared' enough to rise to the challenge of working on a boiler. The rest just cried 'don't do boilers', and the last two highest rated H&A outfits in Columbus, flat out didn't bother to respond to a 'yes or no' answer on intention to complete the job after calling about job status and order status 4-5 times. On that note, they left me hanging 7 months, respectively. Yes, Air Comfort has an absolute gem of a trouble-shooter with an awesome work ethic in Jonathan. I am truly impressed with this employee.

GREAT SERVICE! From the scheduling to the phone call and text introducing me who was coming into my home, I felt very at ease when the technician arrived. Mario was very professional, courteous and walked me through the process of checking out my heating system. Give the man a raise!

Outstanding customer experience. Starting from the initial visit from Holly (great advice and very knowledgeable both on A/C and heating) for our home. Then the scheduling of the installation - since its summer, they did the A/C first morning, then did the heating second (well thought out). Russ and his assistant were tidy, organized, and got the install done in a day and a morning. And made it look easy. Experts tend to do that. Final note - we went with the quality of Lenox and can already tell the difference. Very quiet. I look forward to figuring out every year how much the energy savings the new units will save me.

Russ & James did an amazing job installing our new furnace and AC unit. Not only were they professional at their job they were very outgoing to show how all the new systems work along with showing me why it was time to get rid of the old system. Very informative!! They also watched over our favorite 4 legger pets while we were at work taking very good care of them!! Couldn't ask for a better experience starting from the initial visit with the repairman, to our awesome saleswoman who gave us a great deal on a new system to the final install by Russ and James. Truly a company that cares!!

Great customer service through the whole process from scheduling to the maintenance of our AC. Ian our technician was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the issues and recommendations. By the time he left all of the issues had been fixed.
