John and Sammy are simply the best. I am still a work out rookie so I get nervous using new machines but the staff and other members are super helpful and encouraging.

Been with this Gym for awhile, clean and well put together. The equipment is safe and maintained. 24 hour access is nice when you are on a night shift schedule too

Great place to workout! Even better staff and friends to make the whole experience worth your while. Love being able to bring my kids. Would recommend for anyone who is looking to better themselves not only physically but mentally as well!
