Super happy got worked in fast friendly people nice atmosphere in shop everyone seemed happy to be at work if I'm in the area and need something done to my truck will be more then happy to stop in again

My truck showed 25% debate and to service now. So I stopped in quick to see if had time. They said no. My question is why is that so hard to do. Can not the manager do that so a mechanic can stay working.

Excellent service. Best shop I’ve been to in years. The service department will been over backwards to get you even when they are busy. Service managers are not afraid to help out in the shop and get dirty. I have a 96 freightliner with a Pittsburgh Power 60 Series. I always call Pittsburgh Power when I have a problem. Then I talk to the local shop, this service department said the same thing P P did. My truck just quit when I hit a bridge bump. I checked everything, and couldn’t find it. They found the inline fuse in harness from the battery to the ECM had a hairline crack in it and got moisture in it. I checked and it looked good. Kudos. MANAGMENT: Don’t be so damned cheap! Get a decent Dish Network package in the Drivers Lounge! LOL From Montana PS. They found the problem and fixed it. Did NOT throw parts at it.

They will lie to you to get more money from your poket. Did a 6 pack injectors and they messed up number 5 had to replace my camshaft and inj. roacker after their work. Told me my cups are leaking.. and will cost me another 3 grand... so i had them pressure checked when they did the camshaft at the detroit shop at home and guess what. ... no leaks. Beware of their MALPRACTICE. GO SOMEWERE ELSE TO WORK ON YOUR ENGINE.

Had a DEF treatment engine code called the service dept. at 7:15 am and was told to come in. By 7:30 the truck was in the shop by 9:30 was told what the issues were by 12:30 truck was fixed and I was rolling.Thank you to everyone for the great service and fun atmosphere.
