Subway

There are three Subways in Columbus and I truly believe this is the best one in town. The store is always clean and the employees always have a nice, helpful smile on their faces. I would recommend this place to everyone and I will forever continue coming back.

I ordered just a chopped veggie salad. They didn’t chop any of the vegetables and left whole slices of tomatoes in there in a bed of lettuce. If this is what I wanted, I could have made it at home. I’ve had nothing but issues every time I order from here. Will not be back.

Great food and great service. The two young men that were working when my family of 6 came in at 10 PM did such a wonderful job and were all smiles. Thanks guys!

Always the best service and sandwich. The manager is the best!!!

We come here a lot and 90% of the time the workers are grumpy and not friendly. Today, worst staff I have seen and there was a hair in my wrap. Took it to the front and one worker in particular was just so unnecessarily rude and grumpy. Thankfully I got a new wrap, but I would have loved to be able to do the survey attached to the receipt they took. Completely unacceptable behavior by that staff except the lady who remade my wrap. She was the only friendly one there.

It's pretty much, just another Subway. Generally you can count on having a safe meal there. This Subway is bigger than it looks from the street. The people were pleasant and the sandwich (Veggie) was good.

I should have asked for more toppings. The sandwich artist was very conservative with everything except pickles.

Great place just make sure if you want something you ask multiple times because I've only had one employee do exactly as asked the first time also have had my online order picked up by someone who wasn't me and the workers argued with me that i already picked it up then said some Hispanic guy came in and grabbed it ended up getting my sandwiches but it was an ordeal other than that its great.

Fresh delicious food, pretty good service, their atmosphere is probably what they want if they actually wanted people to dine in, it would be nicer

I went in around 4ish. The Hispanic gal worker greeted me with smile. I speak decent english, just with a bit of accent. The cold weather made my tounge difficult to pronounce better. The gal told me she cannot understand what I was saying and got really frustrated within few secs. So quickly that she really couldn't understand me telling her to put in spinach. She just wrapped whatever she could, she slammed her hands on the counter after I paid. Responded rudely to couple of my questions. I was really hungry, its almost 4hrs past that I wont be able to eat the wrap she made for me with the anger on her face. I will just trash the wrap. Later I went in to Super 8, got an egg roll and 4 pieces of fried chicken, the ladies at the counter were elderly and so patient, they understood what I said very well. we had a small talk as well on the cold weather. Maybe the gal at subway is just used to hearing perfect accent and not used to even a tiniest bit of different accent.
