The food is good when you can receive your food fresh. It takes so long even when its just you waiting. When you make it to the window they just look at you as if something is wrong. I live in town and was eating there alot but i just gave up because my food was cold most of the time and some of the staff had bad attituds for know reason.

VERY VERY clean and well kept. Park & order from board. Food brought to your car, always nice staff, a little bit of a wait but not bad, pay at order board with card or pay carhop...tipping carhop either form of payment you choose suggested. Drive thru usually a little bit of a wait...my morning drive-thrus the wait has been horrible, esp for people usually heading to work, even with only 1or2 cars ahead of me...I'd say this is the only downfall to this establishment. Outside tables for dining, eating in your car, or leaving with food all options. Ordering ahead service I have yet to use. Order online avb but only opt to pay I've found todate is a sonic card though someone told me a personal card use is avb but they'd been unsuccessful in making work. Food is always good, hot and usually right (burgers are good & very filling) Prices comparable to any fastfood place. Recommend place to go.

Second visit to this sonic was much better then the first "2*" They got the kinks worked out. Food was about what you expect from a sonic. Service was fast and friendly. Only this I would like to see change and this is all sonic's is the crused ice fills half the cup up. Little room for the beverage. Worth a stop

This place is so amazing! No joke Sonic has there game on! It's always packed but you still get your order extremely fast! When I go there, they said ma'am and have a smile on there face! I swear you can't find alot places with manners like Sonic! The food is always absolutely delicious! My favorite place to eat now! Honestly 5/5! I'm addicted! Lol!

Service was terrible. 2 of us waited in drive thru for almost 10 minutes and then had to go to window to tell them we were still waiting to order. Then didn't even take my order right. I was so fed up I just paid for what they thought I ordered and left. Took over 15 minutes just to get to Sonic Blasts.

The burgers here are good but the fries that came with it was not fresh. I don't recomend buying fries here. I was surprised that the food came a bit fast since it was 3 days after the store opened when I first came here. I don't really go here anymore. I might go just because of the drinks that they have there.

Sonic Drive Inns nationally, have a good reputation! Unfortunately, Columbus ,NE does not! Less than great food, poor access and awkward return to the hi way traffic, costs it business.

On December 18th 2021 we went to sonic never received our food after waiting for 45 min we decided to ask for a refund before we left and as of today which is January 6 2022 still no refund I've called corporate 3 times and still have to wait another 7 to 10 day very disappointing and the manager at sonic is so rude talks down to you like your nobody if I could give 0 stars I would

Went for happy hour and got my family slushies. Ordering and paying was easy and convenient. It was busy so there was a little wait, but it wasn't bad. Slushies were the perfect cool down drink for a hot day!
