The hotel met all our needs. The room was a little musty but it was such a hot weekend I¿m sure the air conditioners had trouble keeping up. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast and coffee were great! We would stay here again.

We recently stayed at the Sleep Inn in Columbus. We met the friendliest people staffing this hotel! Everyone was helpful, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Great place to stay clean and friendly staff the only problem is they don't really want to take cash and cash is all I use. They were after some hassle able to rent me a room.

Sleep Inn was a fantastic surprise. The front desk staff went above and beyond!! They recommended a place to buy flowers, arranged for a delayed checkout and were so just so nice. Particularly the Assistant Manager Sarah. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Great stay!

The strong smell of perfumed cleaning products as we entered followed by smoke smell on bedding in Non-Smoking room. Shower head fixed to point to wall of shower so bathing was difficult as you had to lean against the stall to get wet. Only one chair in room with 2 beds. Room very warm with no heat on and fan running. Outside temp in 30's. Breakfast was great for husband. I am gluten free, dairy free.

I travel for business weekly and I stay at this hotel often. This hotel is kept VERY clean. The breakfast is consistently good. Staff - every single one - is positive, friendly, and helpful. I am giving them 5 stars as a relative rating. While it's not exactly a "5-star luxury hotel," compared with other hotels at a comparable price point, this one is head and shoulders above. Kudos to management and staff! Thanks!
