Always concerned for my pets. They get us in quickly and treat the dogs when something goes wrong.

Todd is my family vet and so caring for all animals. My cat got extremely sick with some kind of blood infection and he saved her, I truly don't believe any other vet could have done this.

Checked in on boarding our dog if we ever go camping again at Fremont lakes. Wow ol Molly could get the Royal treatment for a reasonable price . sometimes I wish I were a dog

We recently kenneled our dogs at Redstone. They arrived at 3 pm on Friday and we picked them up at 8 am on Sunday. They charged us for 3 days of kenneling. This is less than 48 hours of time. They didn't inform us of the 3 day charge. The receptionist was more than unfriendly when we called back to ask about the charges. She blatantly lied saying she had already talked to my spouse when she had not spoken to either of us. Our dogs didn't even get walked or fed before we picked them up on Sunday. We will not be taking our dogs back to them.

Super nice vets, my dog loved the doc he got so much that he started whining when we had to leave. They made him very comfortable and he was able to get his shots with no problem.

They always take great care of our two coonhounds !!

Overall I’m pleased with their boarding services. I was not pleased when I got charged double for dropping off and picking up on a Sunday. I found out it was their policy to charge for a full day for each partial of a Sunday. I dropped off and picked up at 800 AM and had to pay for two days. Not the best way to retain customers

The Vet here is in this only for the money. Even in emergency situations (life or death for your pet) he won’t see your baby without a large down payment and will not let you take your baby home without payment in full. No exceptions! Thousands of dollars no matter.

One of the worse experiences. My dog was kenneled for 10 days due to a bite INSIDE my home, and the Vet encouraged me to put my dog down due to the bite. (My dog is not violent, it was an unfortunate event). The vet originally told me it would probably be around $800 for the 10 days. I called the receptionist who is very unpleasant and rude and she gave me a total of $1,075.50 and explained for each cost. I went to pick my dog up and they are charging me an extra $40 for giving my dog medicine that he needs because “it wasn’t from them”. We talked twice about price and both times were different, and then when we went in it was more!! They are extremely overpriced and will do anything to get a cent, also please read the reviews!! I see sooo many of peoples dogs leaving skinnier than when they came in. I decided to take him here due to them being an indoor/outdoor clinic and after reading the reviews i’m questioning if they even walked my dog. When we picked my dog up, his paperwork was all wrong. As he’s not a female and i told them 3 times after i dropped off. He came out shaking and whining. I’m so upset by the interacting that happens. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE!!
