Pomp's Tire Service

They are able to handle all my vehicle needs. Whether oil change, tire repair, or mechanical work they do it all. Also, I believe they operate with high integrity. They will often physically show me any issues before they make repairs. Their prices are fair, they know me by name, and service is prompt. I highly recommend them.

The personnel are very good. From Peg at front counter to Colby the lead tech, I'm always very satisfied. It looks like Pomp's is slowly trying to update the facilities. They recently replaced the alignment machine which was overdue. Now a little remodeling would make the waiting room more inviting to customers.

Well Pomp’s was easy. They were fast and because I had my 3 year old grandson with me I thought I would be outside walking around. They had a Thomas train table that he played with the whole time. The car drives great they didn’t charge me a bunch and we will use them again.

I love this place and the staff is so friendly. The only thing missing is a night time drop box for keys. I can see plenty of options-the easiest is to just add a mailbox flap in one of the metal front doors that let the keys fall into an attached box inside🧐 …

Had an alignment and tire rotation done still wasn't driving straight after but they had no problem looking at it again. Resolved the issue on the following day just had to switch the front 2 tires that had uneven wear. Other than that very knowledgeable and friendly service

When I ordered my tires, I was told they do not take appointments and to come in whenever. I was told it would take 45 mins if we have no one in front of us. We dropped my car off at 11am with one person in front of me and returned at 2pm and they just pulled my car in for my new tires. We live out of town so we asked why it took so long to get it in and they replied, "Because you did not set up an appointment." Communication did not go well as I was told no appts were made, first come, first serve. But then was told I didn't make an appt that is why it took so long. As far as that, the new tires are great and installed well.

Great group! The guys do a quick and efficient job.. I have used them several times for oil changes and have gotten quotes for service. I will go back!

Eventually you're greeted at the front desk when you enter ,Then the gentleman in the shop area that assist you- they are very polite & a Lil busy, but also a little bit unseasoned( in customer relations =listening; on assessment to ur needs personnel is prompt to get it done.but have to rely on a few key employees to get job done ,time and hard work =experience 👍 over all good but pricey..

Awesome customer service. I did not have an appointment and they were able to get me in right away to repair my tire in an efficient amount of time.

We got a flat tire outside oh Columbus and they were wonderful about fixing it
