Called Patriot to give us an estimate for new HVAC last week. Set up time between 1 & 3 yesterday, May 4,2021. No show, so at 3:30 I called to see what the problem was. Person answering phone said he would check and call back. It’s 6:30 pm on May 5th and haven’t heard a word!!

The gentleman came and tried everything he could before having to replace a part completely. He did a good job and was careful and cleaned up after he was done. It was good quality work and we were very satisfied with results. We will use this business again for future needs.

Our shower was leaking into our basement. Patriot Plumbing, through AHS, sent out a technician the same day and he was able to fix the issue within a couple hours. Excellent service and quality. We will definitely use Patriot Plumbing again :)

Our technician was very unprofessional, kept slamming our doors, talking rudely and being inappropriate. My home warranty company referred me to Patriot for a kitchen sink issue. They were here within an hour of my call ( on a Monday morning) and fixed the issue very quickly and professionally. The plumber that they sent had great customer service skills as well and even cleaned the entire sink when done. Would highly recommend.
