Panda Express

Stopped in during a road trip and had a good experience. The restaurant was very clean, service was friendly and quick. I particularly liked the modern facade of the restaurant. The food was fresh and tasted as expected, meaning flavor and quality was consistent with any other good Panda Express meal.

Good food, friendly staff. They were short staffed when my family and I came in so it took a little longer than it should have. However, they all handled it very well as 2 more families came in right behind mine.

Didn't even get a chance to rate the food. Went through the drive thru and right away there is a sign posted stating they are out of the crunchy almond chicken. Strike One - So I ordered the Beijing Beef. I was told they were out. Strike Two - Next I ordered the Sweet Fire Chicken. I was told "We're out of that but I suppose we could make some, it will be a few minutes wait" Strike Three - I said never mind I'll go somewhere else. I can understand running out of somethings but when you have a limited menu like Panda Express does and are out of three things that's ridiculous. It wasn't even close to closing time. The Panda Express's where I live don't operate this way. I should have known better when I approached the drive thru and saw staff setting in the booths. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else and avoid the disappoint.

They have improved since the last time we ate there food was hot and cooked nicely pretty darn good 👍👍👍👍. January 9 2022 had Panda Express and food was okay just a little greasy but other then that okay

Plenty of parking. Drive thru line moving very quickly. Inside looks new and clean. Food was stocked very well behind the sneeze guard. Everything was fresh. Was greeted and helped very quickly. The place was busy, but not overly busy to where it was crowded. Cost for a plate was about $8 and fills you up and then some. Handicap accessible. Plenty of other shops around to shop at, hotels, and gas stations. Easy to find. Can dine in, drive thru, and take out. Staff very nice and efficient!

Even if you order ahead, they never seem to have your food ready on time. Plus the fact they very frequently are out of one or more of the items I order.

Absolutely horrible had to wait 20min after showing up for a pickup order when I got my order the bag was covered in sauce she throws it in the window and takes off. I also don't get how you forget the 2nd entree two a two entree dinner. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS!!! ONLY THE 2ND TIME I'VE BEEN TO THE COLUMBUS LOCATION AND WILL BE THE LAST!!!!

Went through the drive-thru lastThursday at 710pm. I ordered Beijing beef, white rice, and crab rangoons. The meal was absolutely horrible. The Beijing beef was mushy, kinda like it was sitting out all day. The crab rangoons were rock hard and ice cold. The place is not worth what they charge. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I am giving 1 star because there's no option for Zero. We were served by an individual who was very rude and acted like we were bothering her by ordering food. She was visibly annoyed from the time we asked for white rice until we paid for our meal. We asked to speak to a manager and were disappointed to learn she was the manager setting this kind of example for other employees. We let her know that we felt she was rude and perhaps her customer service could use some work to which she laughed and walked off. Her staff members looked on embarrassed but did not seem surprised so I can only assume this is her normal type of behavior. Just got to town from Texas and was happy to see a Panda Express but quickly realized it's definitely not the same kind of friendly staff. Will not be dining again and will be trying out the buffet we passed up for this. 😔

Meh. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff but very disappointing food. The noodles had a strange cinnamon taste, the chicken was old. The crab rangoons were cold. Just meh.
