People are nice. I have previously gotten pedis here and loved them. This was my first mani here (shellac) and it was not great. My nails going in were well shaped, but now they are crooked and slanted. No one else would notice, but for $35 i expect a better result. Some day i will remember to tell them—just paint, don’t file. They always take off too much anyway. I know better than to ask for my money back, but i did not leave a tip and they may not get my business for manicures anymore.

1st time I went to Noble Nails was for shellac which chipped the very next day. When I advised them they had me come back in and expected me to pay for them to redo it, I requested that they remove it for me and they attempted to charge me for that as well. Three of us went this weekend to give them a 2nd chance and the lady was extremely rude and I have never been treated so disrespectfully. She actually insisted that I paint my stepmother's nails because she wasn't painting the entire nail and she requested that she paint the sides of the nail as well as the top. She already had her nails dipped and she brought multiple other workers over to laugh and make fun of the work of my stepmother's artificial nails. Not only did she insist that I paint them, they then charged us full price as if she had painted them. The same lady did my pedicure and refused to remove the nail polish from my toes and had to have another lady come and do it. Additionally, she couldn't understand anything communicated to her nor could she paint them from a picture of the color that I wanted on my toes (it was just plain colored, no design or anything) and made someone else paint them for her. I have never felt so disrespected and dissatisfied. Especially after spending over $120 on their nail services, you would think it would be a pampering experience but instead it was poor quality, poor service and extremely unprofessional. I will never return to this nail salon and would discourage anyone searching for a good place to go in Columbus.

1st time here, the lady that did my pedi was very rude. She cut me off when I had a question, ignored me when I was trying to explain what I wanted, & kept staring at me all ugly the whole time, I'm bilingual I speak both spanish and english so I understand the importance of being free to speak our primary language BUT you sense when someone is speaking good things or when someone is just complaining about something and that is what I felt. I know only "unassuming" but customers should not feel like that whether you were or not. On the other hand my friend had a guy who did her pedi he seemed friendly, maybe should be manager to keep that lady in check..

They do not do nails good at all. They didn’t even ask the length we wanted. Then gave me something I didn’t ask for. When I told them multiple times what I wanted. Then they just paint the nails awful. We just left and it’s already chipping.

I asked for short acrylic nails and the price that was displayed on the board was 45$ with a discount if you pay with cash which they said 5$ off so I brought cash I got my nails done and nothing special MIND YOU like no design or anything. The lady was rude and before she added the pail polish she said you pay now or no color so I gave her 60$ and she only gave me 5$ back so I over paid by 15$ and my nails were not anything special nor did they last as long as other places I WILL NEVER COME BACK! they were lifting only two days later and they already need filled and its only been a week. SO WATCH OUT THEY TRY TO UPCHARGE FOR NOTHING.

Steven does a great job with pedicures! I was able to walk in and get started right away. Great overall pedicure and attention to detail with painting my toe nails!

The dip powder was so uneven. I have polish on my skin both toes and fingers.tech never spoke a word to me and just stared at another gal getting a pedicure. For my dip she put me under the UV light like gel. I know how to do dip and her process was not even close. She used a dirty drill bit for my natural nails. So unimpressed. A girl was not liking her design they did and the techs were noticable upset.I understand going up on prices, however for this type of service, I am positive I'll take a different place. Unless you get the owner you get a very poor job.

I was in town for a wedding, chose this place for a Mani and Pedi by word of mouth. Big mistake, the pedicure itself was fine, but the paint job was horrible, I had 6 toes lacking coverage. When I asked them to fix it, I was accused before they even looked at them. I was given someone else for a the manicure, she took a sander to my nails without asking, there was no cuticle removal, no lotion or hand massage and her paint job was just as bad. Very unprofessional, considering they charge $40 for a Pedi and $30 for a Mani, i expected a better service. Waste of money and time.

I wish I would have read the reviews before going. I rarely treat myself but I am 38 weeks pregnant and thought it would be nice to get my nails and toes done before having my baby. I picked out a polish for my toes and shellac for my nails. The lady was super rushed even though I was the only person in there. She barely let my feet soak and pushed and pulled my feet quickly and seemed honestly inconvenienced by my even being there. She didn't massage my legs and just quickly rubbed them and then washed them off. The actual paint job wasn't great either, and she didn't completely remove my old polish so you can see it around the edges of my new polish. Mind you, I'm paying $45 for a deluxe pedi. THEN she uses the shellac on my toes making it now a $65 pedi. Which would be fine except the pedicure was not worth $45 in the first place and now I'm paying even more. I don't end up getting my nails done because I'm so upset I just want to leave. As I am paying, next to a sign that says "pay cash and save", she then charges me $70 dollars to which I say I am paying cash, she says nothing so I give her $80 cash and she throws my change at me and walks away without a word. I'm just overall really upset. It was the opposite of the relaxing treat I was hoping for.

First time at this salon and was impressed at first….salon is roomy, a lot of stations, and nicely decorated. The pedicure felt really good but the polish left something to be desired. The manicure was a painful experience, she burnt my fingernails several times and wasn’t apologetic at all. One nail has a cut on my finger, the polish is sloppily done and I had glitter on both ring fingers and the glitter is 2 noticeably different shades..one is pinkish the other is silver. I will NOT be returning!!
