Sometimes they are great. Sometimes they tell you to pull ahead and forget about your order for 20 minutes until you flag down the runner and ask.

They were busy and we got the wrong kind of soda but overall had a positive experience. The food was fresh and the rest of the order was correct we got all sauces we asked for. Everyone was paying it forward and paying for the car behind them we liked being a part of that experience it was amazing!

Front counter lady was rude when trying to use app deal and points and kept asking why I was scanning QR code and what I was doing. Finally told her if she couldn’t help I was leaving. Ended up walking out and going to Wendy’s.

Asked for 2 mcdoubles ketchup only they gave me mcdoubles Xtra ketchup with all the toppings I also asked for large fry well done extra salt instead I got well cold and barely any salt. I've worked in the food industry for years and I can say it's really not that hard to get it right especially considering there were only 4 customers it's not like it was busy or I'd understand. Step it up guys!

Ordered online, had to call and let them know I was outside because they had the door locked, they remade the order but the fries were still cold again it’s ridiculous that people apparently are not thinking about what they’re doing, I know they only make minimum wage but people don’t want to pay for cold fries. Will never come here again oh if you want people to come to your restaurant we need to cook the fries fresh

McDonald’s people on Night Shift need more training. Ordered 2 McFlurrys and they only filled them up half way, those cups were literally empty… spoke to the person who dropped the rest of the order off at the window but they didn’t care. If y’all don’t have the ice cream to fill them up just say that. Never getting ice cream from there again. I’d rather go to DQ.

New management is taking force and it shows, it's a nice place to share with friends and eat or have an ice cream cone. Service is friendly and management is constantly making sure you are in good hands, and you feel good when there. Thank you!
