Entry rug laying on the guest chairs, menu board not functional, big Do NOT Touch!!! sign on a machine in the small waiting room, multiple spring school sport schedules, it is mid August now, ripped, faded and still covering main front desk. Flies buzzing around dirty windows.

I waited 45 minutes for my pizza, I walked in to get it and the lobby was full with 6 workers in there doing nothing most of them were on their phones in front of the customers, the other was ignoring the workers and not helping out.

Friday night at 5:30 pm and not a single hot n ready available. That is poor management, they should be more prepared on a Friday night. I live in Hastings, NE and our Little Ceasars is NEVER unprepared like this.

I placed an online order and it somehow went to this store instead of the one I initially chose. James answered the phone, was unfamiliar with how to cancel an order but went above and beyond to ensure it was cancelled and that I would get a refund. He didn't have to go the entra mile, but *did. Appreciate it very much and highly recommend this place due to employees effort 👌

The most soggy mess of a pizza I've seen. Not to mention our 2 liter was almost completely flat, not sure what's going on there but come on cook the pizza! What did I wait in my car outside for, for 15mins or better? Fremont, NE location, their quality is night and day difference to Columbus'.

I waited for pver an hour for a pizza. Watched as they mess up and order, told that customer it would be additional 30 minutes to fix her order. And she had to wait another 10 minutes to get a refund. I ended up leave, with no pizza, and frustrated as can be.

Workers very friendly. I’m guessing they’re short staffed. But, if it’s going to take 55 minutes to get 1 pizza, and 2 sides, they should give you a time frame when you order like other pizza places so you can decide if you want to wait.

Restaurant was in need of cleaning. Counter space and walls where dirty from food prep. Several orders where siting on counter not in warmer. Pizzas that looked to be burnt sitting out. When I arrived one costume was waiting. I pre ordered and still waited 20 minutes to get my order, this customer was still there when I left. My half and half pizza was all one toping. I hope for a turn around because there prices where great for a quick meal on a busy day. But I don't see a return in the future.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Went in around 7pm and the entire waiting room was full of people with nobody at the register. There are three people working and the one guy is very very slowly meandering around the kitchen area. He blatantly ignored other customers trying to get his attention. Saw two or three people just give up and walk out to take their money elsewhere. Two kids said they were waiting for 25 minutes and still hadn’t had their order taken. Trash all over the floor in the kitchen. Absolutely zero organization, no sense of urgency, no motivation. Where was the manager to keep the ship running? This was the most pathetic lack of customer service I have ever seen and I blame the manager. Your team is a reflection of your leadership.
