Nice lady checking me out

I walked in here just needing a pair of work pants. I honestly never shop here but I was in desperate need of finding something business casual and quickly. When I first walked in I had several employees look at me and watch me, but none asked if I needed any help. Rude. I started walking around the store because I have no honest idea where I'm going. After walking around for about 3 minutes I finally find the womens' section. The racks were placed so closely together that I have having issues walking through the isles without knocking items off the racks. I cold tell that several other people must of been having the same problem because there were clothes all over the place. Clothes were laying on the floor, over the racks, and some items were even shoved inside the shelves. Once I finally found the kind of pants I needed I head to the dressing rooms to try them on. The dressing rooms were the same kind of disaster. Clothes were scattered all over the floors, inside and outside the rooms. The carpet looked absolutely scary. I did not want my feet touching the dirty floor. One thing I did appreciate, as I was checking out apparently there was a coupon in the newspaper. The employee who checked me out used the coupon on me. That made my $45 pants go down to $25. She is the only reason this review has 3 stars and not 1.

I'm 6'8"tall and they were having a sale online and you got an additional 10% off if you picked it up at the store so I ordered some things and I called the girl and I asked her if that was really the deal and she said oh you can come in the store and shop and still get the 10% off when you leave and after doing that and filling out a thing for a credit card which I didn't want but she said you just don't get it then I got another 30% off so I got two pairs of jeans a bunch of shirts long sleeve shirts a hoodie and some other stuff for $119 it was the best deal ever

Good about taking returns that had piled up for awhile (had receipts for all always helps) but I sure wish the Mgr lady had more people skills...shes always so grumpy and always acts like she don't like you. Maybe she doesn't like me beings its every time but wouldn't know why .... but my reason for not a 5star rating because everyone else I dealt with this day was nice and shelves/racks were well stocked

Went in to see if they had a winter coat. Luckily they had one. It was marked down but still expensive. Week later seen same coat for half the price at wally. Need the coat cause all of this cold weather we have been having.

Found what I was looking for in the color is was looking for . Lacked some service but its all worked out

Very friendly staff! Was greeted at the door. The store is well organized and clean. Found what I needed and was thanked by three staff members after making my purchase. Although I feel the selection is limited. The smiles and professionalism from the staff really spoke volumes.

Our daughter out grew her church dresses way to fast along with all her cloths. This is the best place to get plus size dresses and cloths at rock bottom prices
