Tino was great to work with and no pressure at all. Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and it’s history. The entire transaction only took less than 2 hours and I couldn’t be happier with my new Ranger. I will certainly consider doing business with Gene Steffy in the future!

Guys are always friendly and do great work, but this last time was very upset how dirty my floor matt's were when I got it back. Guess I should have said something but it took 2 hours for a oil change that day anyway. I'll definitely say something next time

Great place to do Ford business. I've had work done twice on my Escape and both times Gene Steffy Ford met my expectations. Service has been good to me and that's why I drive 1 1/2 hours and go past 4 Ford dealers to bring my Escape here.
