These guys are incredible. They've helped us out 3 different times & our experience has been that their only goal is to do a fantastic job, do it right the first time, and do it so well you never need to call them again. They employed a very simple fix to our furnace after another company told us we needed a new one - the furnace has run like a champ ever since. They hung out when they came to fix our water heater while my father-in-law ran to Alliance to get a part the guy didn't carry with him...and he didn't charge us a dime for the wait. Finally, when our water heater finally died completely, they explained what an expensive pain in the butt it was gonna be to have them come take it out, replace it & install the new one. So I asked if I could take it out & they encouraged me to do so & call if I ran into any trouble (I didn't). Then they told me exactly what water heater I needed to get to replace it & told me it'd save me several hundred to buy it myself (I did). Finally, they explained they could come install it, but since I hadn't had trouble getting it out, I could probly put it back in (I did, without issue). I've never run into a heating/cooling company that is so dedicated to saving their customers money and making sure they're satisfied & happy. We are Fire & Ice customers for life.

Smitty and his team are top notch. We are over in Gordon and had 2 furnaces we needed replaced. His guys came over and got them both done in 2 days and did a killer job. While they were here we had a furnace in a rental go down AND a furnace in our primary home go down. They jumped right over to those for us and got them fixed the same day. In a matter of 2 days they got all this stuff done all while being super professional. 10/10 would recommend and will use again. Thanks fellas!
