Great experience when purchasing my new Toyota Rav4 2019 Hybrid. Very professional sales staff. They don't push you or force you to buy the vehicle they want. They let you buy the vehicle you want and the way you want it. Sales people are always willing to answer your questions and work with you. I waited more than two months to get my Rav4, and they made sure I was aware of it. In the picture with Jim Ernst, Mike Backstrom and Tony Supik. I love my new Toyota and no regrets to buy locally. I had an awesome experience with Holly. I informed her that my wife and I drove all the way from Lincoln, Nebraska looking for a specific truck. She was wonderful to talk to and helped with the vehicle buying process. It's been 2 weeks and I love my new truck. She also was extremely knowledgeable when it came to different types of pickup trucks. She also went through the different features of my new vehicle while she was driving it, showing me the different buttons. It was an awesome experience, and if I have to buy a new vehicle, hopefully for my child, we'll be driving back there.

1.Cost for a simple oil change was too expensive, even with my coupon!!!! 2. Cost wasn't given a complimentary car wash, as promised. 3. I had to call to get an update and schedule my shuttle pickup! 4. While waiting for my pickup I received a call that the car was delivered to my place of work, no call/no voicemail/no email!! 5. They mentioned that I have an active account with Ernst, which is news to me! When I called back to ask, was transferred to someone's voicemail....no call back. 6. I had a coupon for a free Ernst hat, which I didn't receive! I feel like I could've received better service, Maybe next time, I'll go to Sid Dillion Chevrolet Service in Fremont, NE. Oil Change cost is WAY TOO HIGH!!!!

i assume that because i used a coupon, is why i didn't get the comp vacuuming and free wash.

I purchased a vehicle from Ernst and had a pleasant experience with Kyle S. on the Toyota side. Long story short --- There were some things with the vehicle that I didn't LOVE... Ernst in general was very attentive to every single request and fit me in on short notice. Mike B. also on the Toyota side went ABOVE AND BEYOND and didn't stop or didn't give up until I was completely happy. I would most definitely recommend going to Ernst!

Great clean cars , professional service and helped us get a hold of our other loan company since our old place was not getting back to us . They didn't have to take those extra steps too help but they did ! Pluss we got a great car . We will only be shopping here for vehicles now ! We will definitely be back ! 🙂🥇

I was generally happy with the dealership. I was a little underwhelmed by the fact that we didn't get a full tank of gas in our used car and the detail job on it wasn't that great. I finished detailing it at home and got a lot more dirt out of it than I should have from a detailed car. The only other issue was the loan approval on the new car with GMF didn't give us the 1.9APR financing that we felt we should have gotten with credit scores in the 700s.

we brought the 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 HD in for an oil change, without an appointment. The oil change, tire rotation and inspections got done in one hour and there was no charge for this first service. Thank you Ernst, we are pleased!

All the people we dealt with were friendly knowledgeable and did all they could to help us purchase our new Traverse. Thank you again.
