Unprofessional, not punctual. Was referred to a friend on a Saturday. Set up an appointment for first thing Monday. No one showed so I called and they informed me that they "lost my ticket." I went through all the information to set up another appointment. They said they'd be out the same day. Hours later I called back and they informed me that they don't service my area even though they assured me three times that they could. They never bothered to call and tell me, and instead waited until I contacted them. While on the phone the representative was very impolite and unprofessional. Never review businesses but this experience was so bad that I wanted to try and save someone else the hassle.

Great over all experience! Very happy with the placement of both inside and outside units. Tech’s took the time to “teach” me how to operate the unit. And offered further assistance if questions and/or concerns come up in the future. Greatly appreciated the total professionalism shown! Will do business again with Dubas. Carol Packard

First contacted in early June to get a quote. Jim was supposed to call before coming, but just showed up one day. Never did send me a quote - I had to call and ask for it. He said it'd be appox. 3 weeks to come out and do the install. A month went by and no one showed up for the install. I called every week and kept getting strung along. Finally, over a month into it, I was told they'd show up "that week" to get things installed. No one showed up or called. The next week, I was told they'd be there Friday. No one showed up. No one called. I was just sitting there waiting for nothing. And my electrician was ready, on stand-by to come get things wired immediately afterwards. I called THEM, but Jim wasn't there. Asked the secretary to have Jim call me back, and he never did. The secretary always refused to give me his cell #, and he didn't call before coming out to give the quote, which now seems to have been on purpose so I wouldn't have his #. You can call the office and hear him in the background and the secretary will act like she doesn't know if he's there. Too bad 0 out of 5 stars isn't an option. Their quality of work is irrelevant since their customer service and communication are as negative as they could possibly be! I've waited 2 months in the 90°+ heat for A/C to get installed for no good reason. They should have said up front they were too busy to get here before September and that I should use someone else. Simple as that! They don't deserve anyone's business.

I bought a house and had to replace the old furnace last winter and I felt Dubas Refrigeration was the best choice. Then this summer had to have a new a/c installed. Just like last fall, I was fortunate to have Andrew and Josh last fall and then again for the installation of the a/c. Two very fine and courteous young men.

We had trouble with our air conditioner early in the summer. Called Dubas and BOb came the next day. He was able to get it to work temporarily. Then the air died and in the heat of the summer. Bob and his dad came late in the day and installed a used unit to get us through until the busy time in the summer passed. It lasted through most of the heat spell and then it quit. We called and the next couple of days put in the new unit. We were pleased with the help and how quickly the new unit was installed. Very happy with the quick service and reasonable price!

Used Dubas to install a steam humidifier in our home. Very pleased with value and well as professional service. I would use them again.

They sold me a new furnace and heat pump In 1995. And 26 years it was having problems. They came the same day I called and got it working. I decided it was time to replace both the furnace and heat pump. I decide to have it replaced when the weather was warmer so they would not be out in the cold winter weather.

I called Dubas when my AC was leaking. When they arrived they did a great job of getting the work done quickly. They also checked my AC and added Freon to it which was great. Very reasonably priced too! The only small complaint I have is the office never called me back and the techs showed up without any notice. Luckily my wife was home but it would have been nice to get a call saying we will be there in the afternoon.

They arrived when they said they would. They figured out what was wrong within a short while and tried to find the part to fix it that day, unfortunately no one near had the part. The next day, they had the part in hand and they got to my house again when they said they would and within a half hour my furnace was fixed. Price/cost was exactly what they said it would be. Definitely will call on them if I need them for my air conditioner or furnace in the future.

I called when furnace motor crapped out. The co. Did not return after hours call. Called back talked to one of the sons of owner, was told they would not make it until tomorrow. Then thru show unexpected at 330 the same afternoon. I informed the repairman the blower motor was out, he went to get numbers snd recheck the motor , informed me indeed it was blower motor. I told him there was 7 days until I got my fixed income check and if the had to have payment before then let me know. Was assured Tuesday the motor would arrive snd get installed. Tue I called at 8 am and checked if they were coming was assured they were Friday when I got paid still no call no show I went to Lincoln purchased the motor and installed it myself. ( this all in the coldest weather to date this season). Monday I got a call from dubbass asking if I still needed heat. I said no. Two days later I get a service call bill for after hours service to ghe tune of 119.00 1, when did 330 become after hours? 2, for a total of 15 minutes 119 figured to be 476.00 per hour rocket scientists don’t make that type of money. Since the integrity of the company is in question , I am refusing to give a liar anything. This is the poorest ecuse for service I have encountered in my 68 years of life. But it seems to have become the norm these days.
