Stopped in today for a few items. For the 1st time in weeks of going in without a mask, I was informed by a worker I could not shop without a mask. Will not shop there again. Old lady was extremely rude.

The clerk's of late lack in customer relations. The manager is always there it seems and is always very helpful and happy to do what she can to make sure customer s leave the store happy

I like this Dollar General. It's clean, well organized and easy to shop. There are a few things I can't find here that I find in other DG stores but that doesn't really take away from the appeal.

Went in the other day to get pop. They had it on sale 3 for 8.00. Got home and they had charged me regular price. The week before that i went in and bought a couple of things on my way to work. Total came upto 3.20. Handed the cashier 5.00 and she only gave me a dollar back. Time to change store i think

It seemed quite a bit larger than other dollar stores in town. They carry a lot of different items. The store was clean, organized, and the staff was friendly yet professional. This store is going to be very handy for those of us living nearby!

I'm less than a full city block from here and that makes me happy. The store is spotless, the clerks are the most friendly helpful people in any store in Columbus. Certainly beat the heck out of Walmart. The cherry on top are their prices.

Very nice manager. She is super nice. I use the app a lot to look coupons up and its so easy to use especially with a very clean store and organized!! I enjoy this place very much.

Cashier did not say anything about donation but decided to take my money without my permission! So disappointed! Check your receipt!!

Its great having a store on this side of town. The cashiers seem polite and helpful. The manager is awful. Extremely rude to customers. Was on her personal cellphone the whole 30 minutes I was in the store talking about the customers in a terrible way right in front of everyone. Complaining about them non stop. Will not be in this store again because of her. Dollar general you should do better with your management. The two cashiers were sweet and helpful. Not the manager, and it appears many people have had the same experience with her. Best of luck.

when i last visited there where employees complaining about another customer because her child was being loud. they were so loud talking about the customer that i could here them being rude in almost the middle of the aisle by the registers.
