Columbus Community Hospital

Just spent 2 hrs in E-room for my wife's bronchitis. Dr. Miller and staff were very professional and eased her discomfort. Very pleased with the experience.

Discharged from er with little instructions. Pain returned horribly 2 days later and when called was told that I'll be fine and to call another hospital as columbus did not have an "in house" doctor today

Dr. Metcalf in the ED hung up on me during a conversation about my family member in his care. He seemed quite annoyed that I was questioning his judgement to discharge that patient to a family member, but he wouldn't let them leave if they were to need a cab to take them home bc the cab service would have liability issues. Then why is it acceptable for family to come when they are only going to drop said person off at home without anyone to care for them. My suggestion was to wait until my family member was fully capable of attaining a ride on their own. CLICK

Took my son to the hospital for a temp and get told that with his skin being red is normal and to not worry about a temp till it gets to 105. Also saying that a 2 1/2 year old cant tell u when they are in pain is bs.

Charged me $1,952 for a simple ultrasound, that other places had cost me $450. They absolutely refused to negotiate or reduce this outrageous overcharge, despite my protests. Perfect example of why our health care system is broken. Anyone who doesn't think so is in denial.

My mom was here for a total shoulder replacement and from the beginning of walking into this great hospital to the end of her stay everyone that helped my mom was super caring and wonderful staff members in other departments were super helpful. Alot of team work never had any beeping IV's when that happened someone was right on it to get it handled. OUTSTANDING HOSPITAL AND STAFF MEMBERS

A business should never violate the basic rights of its employees or customers. My friend was held down against their will and tested for covid, its part of procedure is what the nurse stated. 8.7.21

AP was simple, easy to use. Quick and fairly simple

Second time ive came here for a procedure and they cannot make appointments and keep to that time. If u have a 9am appointment u better take the whole day off since u will be waiting for hours... why make appointments then cant keep to them. I had a 10h45 app and they called and made me come in at 9am since they said the appointment had been moved to 9h15... this is ridiculous. Worst hospital on waiting times

Jen in the wound clinic is amazing. She is super caring. When she takes care of whatever you need done you can tell she really cares about you. She always does a wonderful job. Thank you Jen! Me and Seth really appreciate you and hope we get you every time we come in.
