Burger King

The people are friendly but it took too long to get my food. Very slow

I hadn't been to a BK location for a long time, so had sticker shock that the former dollar menu Whopper Junior was now $2.59?! It will be awhile before I go to one again. I will say that the gal working the front counter was friendly, seemed to be fairly new, her supervisor was losing patience when she needed help with the register.

This place is a s$&@ I go there to do a order, I ask in the speaker if someone is there, nobody answer, letter I wait for go thru the window and the employee tell me I have to go back to the speaker and do the order , dam it I was in the line almost 1hr and in the speaker nobody answered so come on if you guys don’t want to work just get out and close the place

I waited 20 minutes in the drive through with only one car in front of me no napkins food sucked wouldn't recommend this to a dieing dog

Love the whoppers, only issue was I wanted a large chocolate shake and they had no ice cream

Short on employees but still doing good. However when I ordered a Jr wopper... clearly they ration out the toppings LOL ridiculous 🙄 …

I ordered a chicken sandwich and 13 minutes later they brought it outside. The store owner will never know since they asked me to go around front to get it which must be the new industry standard of BK fast food, they act like they are timed for drive thru service or something 🤣. When I got home the chicken in the sandwich was burnt black on one side, hooray for me! I was going to bring it back but they probably would have told me to pull around front and wait for another one. Edit.....well I went back today. I don't know why but I do like burger king food so I thought I'd give them another chance. After waiting at the drive through for 17 minutes with one car in front of me and that person was saying hello every min with no answer after she was told to wait. I backed out of the drive thru and drove away. This was at 11:45 and I was able to back away because no one was behind me. Good luck Burger King. Edit...LOL!!! Well I went back again🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣today at 11:30! I just had to see why no one was in the drive thru or parked in the parking lot. I ordered, I was told to go to window #2, I waited, I waited, I waited, I thought to myself its really gonna happen!! Im really going to get Burger King!!! The window slid open! I was greeted with a smile, I was then asked to pay in cash because the can't accept cards at the moment! I don't carry cash just a card......why BK why.....to be continued 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Wait 30 min just to order not cause they were busy short staffed then another 15 min ib drive thru waiting

$23 for two Whopper meals is a bit steep considering BKs quality lags behind the competition. And while this was one of the better Whoppers I've had the stiff bun held this rating back from a 3 stars.

This location is pretty slow, I do believe they are low on staff. But, they've been very slow for years. Also, it's a 50/50 chance you'll get cheese on your whopper. If it's an impossible whopper it's lowered to a 20/80 and a 100% chance it will be cold. I turned around once to ask for my cheese and was told no finally said I'd pay extra and was given a cold piece of cheese. It's just an odd location but it's the only BK nearby so what can you do?
