We were insulted with our trade value, George worked hard but the manager was trying to steal our trades. We got our new pickup from courtesy. Wouldn't recommend big country to my worst enemy.

DO NOT buy a car from these people!!! They want to be friendly and awesome salespeople UP UNTIL you buy the car and then the service goes downhill from there. I bought a car 3 months ago from them and have already had to have over $2200 worth of work done to this car to keep it running and have broke down on the side of the road twice. They act like they could care less because I bought the car “as is.” I trusted them to not sell me a money pit car, but it’s clear I was wrong. Don’t trust them!!!

Took time off work and drove 2 hours to get there only to be lied to and low balled on my trade. They had 2 prices posted online. When I called they said they would honor the lower price because the car had some damage. When I got there they told me they would not honor the lower price now because it was too low. Come to find out there was another buyer interested so they were just wanting to go with a higher offer. They seem to only care about money and not so much customer service. I personally would never go back and wouldn't recommend.

I was taken advantage of. I had no idea what was going on halfway through. They just had me sign a bunch of things, then I was on my out the door WAY TOO QUICKLY with a new purchase that turns out I can't even afford. They also low-balled me on my trade. Others would have taken my car for an extra 2K AND I could've bought a cheaper vehicle or just had a replacement of mine. Who does this to people?? ☠😭💔💔💔☠☠☠

We purchased a vehicle with Big Country Ford and we had to share our experience because it was so INCREDIBLE. From shopping for the car to the customer service, we were never dissatisfied. We worked with Sean and he made all paperwork seamless! He is so knowledgeable and so friendly! We really felt comfortable and good about our purchase. I am going to tell all my friends and family and even co- workers about Big Country! Big (pun intended) thank you Sean!! We are so excited!!

Our visit to Big Country Auto of Madison was fantastic. Lucas was an amazing salesman. The young man took great care of us. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in purchasing for our daughter. He was very thorough in answering my wife and daughters questions. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the market for a vehicle. The staff was tremendous and made the buying experience easy.

I went to a nearby Ford dealer and was told that the noise I was hearing, was my 4WD had gone out and was engaging/disengaging. I was assured that I would get a call within 2 weeks about parts and scheduling. That came, and passed, without a call. I called them and was told the service manager would me back, which never happened. Also, you can't leave a voicemail because it is always full. Now to the good part... After nearly 6 weeks of waiting to hear from the nearby Ford in Norfolk, my wife suggested I call BIG COUNTRY FORD in Madison. Wow, I can't express how matter of fact and on point they were. First off, Eric, spoke with with me over the phone and was pretty sure what the problem was and that it wouldn't cost an "arm n' a leg". Secondly, I drove to Madison from Albion so he could confirm, and did, what the issue was. Before I even got there, they ordered the part for my year and model, and we were able to get my truck repaired and on the road the following Tuesday. Still haven't heard from the other Ford dealership in Norfolk. I will definitely be doing repairs and new truck purchases with BIG COUNTRY FORD. Thanks for the service and no BS.

What a great team they have here!! I came to them with what I thought to be an "impossible situation" - but not only did they help me in finding a resolution to the problem - they also included me every step of the way -- offering choices and taking the time to explain these options in detail!
