Absolutely love them! We shopped around for a vehicle for weeks at numerous car lots and then found these guy's. They not only gave us an amazing deal but also went to every length in our nearly impossible situation to make it happen, unlike several of the other car lots we visited. We live two hours away from Columbus but it was and will continue to be well worth the drive when we're looking for all around awesome service! I will definitely refer everyone to them!!!

Tyler is outstanding. When it comes to going above and beyond Tyler is your man. 23rd Street Auto Sales was going to be closed by the time we made it to Columbus. We were 75 miles away and Tyler waited for us and gave a great deal. When it comes to customer service they are top notch. Definitely not your typical car salesmen.

Called them once about a car in inventory. Finally found a car at another dealer. Called me on a follow-up, which I appreciated...the first time. 3 subsequent calls all asking them to take me off the follow up list as I had already purchased a car. I am guessing this dealer pressures its salespeople to make a certain number of contacts per day, etc and an unsold contact number is just too good to pass up for this operation and allows the salespeople to populate their to-do list. So glad I did not buy from such a high pressure sales organization...

This dealership is top notch. They facilitated an out of state sell for a purchase I made sight unseen. Not only did they facilitate a shuttle service from the airport but they opened several hours early so I could get on the road for the long drive. They treat people like family and make every process a breeze. Hands down the best dealership service I’ve ever had. I live over 1000 miles away and would still consider buying again from this great team!
