Horrible. Called first and they still didn't have my part ready. Service was an absolute joke. Waited 30mins n never got served. Waste of time. I'll never go there for anything ever again.

Love the staff, when you go in you are greeted, and asked if they can help you with anything. They can even help you install a part of you purchased it they're. They also rent out tools for free

The current workers do not even deserve 1 Star. I am talking about the Columbus NE store and the date is June 26th 2019. Some lady would not help us with our car, and then she stated she would tell some guy working there to come help us diagnose our car. But she never did. We sat in the parking lot for over and hour trying to figure it out ourselves. Yet, she vacuumed and watched us. At exactly 8:00pm when the store closed, she looked directly at us and locked the door. To the workers working today June 26th 2019, check your morals or get fired because you don’t deserve the money that you’re getting paid to work there. Instead, spend that money going to a therapist you heartless, selfish people.

I stopped in there today to figure out what was wrong with my car and John was such a great help!! He went out of his way to help me figure it out. And he also fixed it and recommended a few others things to help with it!! My car runs so much better!!!

Store manager was doing great for being on his own. Hopefully the store will get some employees to hire.

I do like auto zone it’s my go to for autofor the most part they know more than the average,trust me I’m the below average. As I’ve learned a lot more about my car and parts I’ve noticed you can tell which of the employees who don’t really know anything about there job. But they are friendly and they try and actually help. Majority of them do know enough to help 90 percent of the time. Overall I like it there.
