Me and my wife about our travers to Auto quality for service and left the shop with our vehicle being in worse condition then it was before we brought it in I give it two stars because they at least gave us a refund after we complained of the interior damage that was done to our vehicle

The team at Auto Quality are the best. Got stuck in Columbus (from Texas) with transmission problems during our wedding week. They took it in unannounced and gave it a one over. Unfortunately, the tranni went out but they stepped up and not only found one, but had it installed and coded for our return to Texas for our honeymoon less than a week later. They didnt price gouge us in our time of need and went above and beyond to keep our plans in line. This will be part of our wedding story for years to come and are forever grateful for their service. 10/10 recommend

I do not recommend this mechanic. Took my car in for an oil change and 3 days later it would not start after running perfectly fine. Returned to them to get it going again but the whole time they kept saying things like “it’s no good”, “we can’t figure it out with out taking the engine apart to determine what is wrong etc”. I went home to my family’s mechanic, and he replaced the spark plugs and engine mounts without taking the engine apart… which fixed the issue.

Took time to test drive my vehicle to address some concerns my husband and I had. Checked everything else we asked them to and changed the oil. The mechanic himself explained all that he had experienced and reassured us the vehicle was in good condition. He did not try to do a bunch of things to the vehicle that was unnecessary. I felt like I was listened to and got great service

They did a good job fixing my car. Although they were not in the insurance network, I stuck with them hoping they would do a good job. They didn't disappoint, and Tyler did a good job in answering call, providing updates and ensuring a good job was done. They are great people to work on your car. They are also realistic and provide the feasible options.

This business was so wonderful to work with!! From the owner who assisted me while I was broke down at a gas station to the service men in the back and the front secretary! Every one of them was so friendly and helpful! They made time to get me in and make my repairs because I was from out of town. They were upfront about estimate of cost before they even did any work, which I really appreciated. I will definitely recommend Auto Quality to many people!!
