Manny was great to work with! He went out of his way to accomidate us. That is rare! Really appreciate that! Would really recommend Auto One!

Buying a vehicle here was fast and easy. Both Manny and Sal were great to work with. Will be buying from here again.

Inquired about a car which showed an accident on CarGurus and was assured by Sal that the vehicle had never been in an incident. Did some digging and discovered that it had been in a high-speed collision with another vehicle less than a year prior. Do not trust these guys.

This are one of the dishonest people I ever seen, they sold car with over price and never disclosed some staff about car problems and with loans. Also when you confront them, they lied. Trust me go to certify Dealar and get better car for your buck.

I would like to let everyone know that I had the best experience at Auto One in Columbus. Sal was my salesman. He was the greatest person ever. He treated me with the up most respect. I bought a 2015 Kia Optima, which I love so much. I would recommend them to anyone and I have. When people see my car and ask me where I got it or if they would comment about needing to buy a vehicle. I would reply go check out Auto One. They are great and have lots of vehicles to choose from.

Buyer beware!!! I had to give them 1 star to post but woulda put then in the negative if I could. This place sells overpriced vehicles with high miles and try to say the vehicle books the same as the same vehicle with over 50k less miles. Scandalous! I'm sure they do offer good customer service as some reviews say. The sales guys are pleased they are gonna screw over their next victim so gotta treat em good till they sign. It's dealerships like this that make people wanna shop outta town. Do yourself a favor and don't but a car from them!

Be warned! Bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue with 74,000 miles on for $22,000 to have a reliable vehicle as we have children with special needs and do a lot of dr appts/therapies/etc. I was promised this was the vehicle for me. I’ve had it for 3 months and transmission went out of it . Called to see if they’d uphold the warranty but was passed it by 8 days and 200 miles . I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed.

Was pleasantly impressed with the way Manny listened to my wants in a new car, he made the whole transaction seem easy and met all my needs in my purchase. He set up an awesome finance program that fit my budget. I definitely recommend Auto One and Manny for your next preowned purchase!!
