Complete lack of knowledge from employees working at The Columbus Nebraska store have no idea how to handle situations on customers billing status. Management is no better and is not very informal themselves would not recommend, They're not very professional when you walk in the door, Wish I would have stayed where I was if I could get out of this I would.

I am so happy with the phone and deal I got with AT&T. I wanted a phone that did the basics and a great service plan. AT&T in Columbus helped me achieve that. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and they helped me get exactly what I was looking for. I would HIGHLY recommend going to this store.

Crissy was absolutely awesome! Came in with a huge problem with trying to switch phone services, the pervious representative completely messed everything up and she was able to fix it all! Was very patient with the 5 hours of back and forth with AT&T and straight talk!! Would highly recommend her!!!

Well after a totally messed up situation at the pink place, I got what I wanted, needed, and nothing more. Staff. Was great and helped me file my insurance claim.
