Applebee's Grill + Bar

Ordered an Oriental chicken salad. Recieved a wilted side salad with tiny pieces of chopped up chicken, a container of dressing and a hard burnt breadstick. it was not even an attempt to make my order correctly. It was in not even remotely close to an oriental chicken salad. I work at the hospital and cannot leave while on my shift and wasted my money ordering from APPLEBEE'S because I expected a quality product.

I had lunch with a friend and ordered the chicken breast I have always ordered and it came out Cajun. They offered to fix another and it came out looking like the first. Couldn't eat but they still charged me even though it was their error not mine. No wonder parking lot in Columbus is always empty if thats how they do busy now.

The whole place was a sad affair. Potatoes like glue, steak was no where close to choice meat. Service tried to save it all but was understaffed as well. Kitchen crew looked like they hadn't showered in weeks.

Ordered online and it never turned up. Have been trying to call For the last 1hr 30 mins. Update- doordash contacted us after Midnight saying he'd gone to Pick it up and they were closed. Applebee's contacted us saying they didn't get our order until late. Next day Applebee's told us they waited until 11pm for doordash and threw it out. One person said they got it late the other said they got it on time??? We put in the order at 9.51pm. They didn't try contacting anybody and still did not pick up the phone. Told us it wasn't their problem and doordash had to refund our $66 bill. Extremely rude- will be escalating this.

Not enough food on plate for price. Nothing like grand island or Lincoln. Was pretty skimpy. Little scoop of broccoli. Steak was smaller then we both ordered. We no what Steak size looks like small this was. 6 Oz not 8 Oz. It was very disappointing for the price. Price don't matter. But expect food on the plate lol. Very poor had to stop and get food to snack on yet for the road to grand island. Serves was great. Just need to put food on your plate and get the right size of steak on plates when ordered.

0/10 service. After being seated, our waitress took our drink orders (two waters). Returned 5 minutes later with no water and wanting to take our food order. She brought out our drinks after a while. While waiting for our appetizer, we had finished out drinks. When our appetizer was delivered she didn’t bother to refill our waters. By the time we received our food we still had no refills, no silverware, or napkins. We waited 20 minutes to see if she would refill our glasses. She was no where to be found so we found a new waitress. Upon return of our original waitress, she smelled like strong cigarette smoke. A smoke break would not be an issue as long as your tables needs are met beforehand (which they were not). Poor service, mediocre food - will not return.

Sooooo much better!! They were extremely busy and still had plenty of staffing. We didn’t have to wait for ordering, drinks or anything. Our food was delicious and hot when it came to our table. Amazing improvements from a few years ago! Excellent!

The worst ribblet Plate ever had at any Applebee's. They were cold and chey I have had better leftovers out of my refrigerator. When I committed about it they acted as if they did not care. Floors dirty, salt shakers empty, catsup bottle empty . Don't recommend this place.

Prompt friendly and great staff who dealt with rude customers as best they could. Manager needs a little bit of training. Large groups may need to wait just a little longer because the service staff will wait until all the food is ready to serve. Staff helps each other out, even when the manager doesn't.... Food is good but nothing special.

We were a large party and we were seared almost immediately. Appetizers were yummy! We did have some issues with food quality on a side salad that was added on for about 5.00... it was filled with lettuce that had rotted leaves or dirt. Order to delivery was a bit longer than expected and the food did not come out together as we expected. The service was was "ok". The server was very friendly.
