Steve and his team did and awesome job on my Highlander. The Toyota need some non-standard TLC and the crew at Yeck's did a fantastic job keeping me up to date on the "hows" and "whys" of the work. The work they did was worth every penny (and pennies less than at the dealer to be sure!) Thanks for all.

The service has been great since I started bringing my car here a year ago. They help me understand issues and give great advice about how urgent repairs are such as what needs immediate attention and what can wait a few months. Plus, I appreciate that the work is done on time. Free loaner car is fabulous, too!

Great customer service, fast and friendly. It was done when they said it would be done. They were thorough and honest - that’s the most important part for me! And the cost was very reasonable. They did what amounted to emergency repairs during a long and very bad period of terrible weather, and they got it done very quickly. It was great working with them and I will gladly work with them again!

It was my first time at Yecks and I will definitely be going back for my other cars. Everyone is super nice and polite. I had a timing belt and water pump replaced and couldn't be happier with the end result. Saved me about $400 to get the same process done at the dealership. If your looking for a good mechanic in the city like me, look no further.

I have always had a fantastic experience with Yeck's, but they really went above and beyond this time. They worked with me after hours on a Saturday to have my car taken to the dealership for the work to be done since I found out after the fact it was covered still under my warranty. Definitely went out of their way to help me and make sure I was taken care of--even though it was for another shop to do the work. Once my warranty is up I will definitely be back for all my servicing to be done at Yeck's. Thank you so much!

Yecks Tire & Auto was extremely overpriced & not very efficient. I had a coolant leak & ended up paying $1298.00 to have it fixed. They charged me for a water pump, thermastat, belt, coolant & hoses. Labor was over $500. I had car towed there Thursday morning & work was not completed till Monday night. AAA towed me there, so towing was not part of the charges. They were polite, however.

I came in with a weird sound coming from the front. 1st place I've ever been that wanted to test drive before diagnosing. Sure enough, my car didn't want to make the sound during that drive! The amount of work they did (joint replacements, driving shaft, gasket repair and power steering leak) was great for the price. I'm used to going to places where the price hurts quite a bit in labor but not much work. Every conversation I had for updates was always cordial, always reminded they offer loaner cars (didn't need at the time). Best customer service, will go back again.
