I have seriously had NOTHING but issues for the few years I’ve lived here. They randomly decide not to deliver packages and that I have to come across town to pick them up. Today I went in to see if they had a package I’ve been waiting on for a month that said it was forwarded over a week ago and the manager told me the package had to go all the way to Colorado to get resorted when I moved FIVE MINUTES down the road. So it will be another week or two. Then when I asked if they could have held it so I could come get it (like they do with my NORMAL deliveries) she had the audacity to rudely say “well maybe you should have changed your address before you placed the order.” It was a subscription box that processed before I had three chance to change the address... not a whole lot I could have done there, BUT she could have fixed her damn attitude. Just saying.

William is so helpful and kind. I love my post office. Staff is so friendly and always helps you get done quickly. I am always advised when I could get lower shipping cost and also a less expensive box. Anytime I can save money I'm super grateful for especially around the holidays.

This is the worse postal office I've ever dealt with. Completely unhelpful. I've never witnessed such pure laziness in my life. It's no wonder people want to see this service privatized. The mailman has dropped packages and I found them down the street, doesn't deliver my mail for days on end and then tries to blame me for things I can't control, like where people park on a public street. What a joke this place is. I can't wait till it goes under and we can an adequate service in it's place.

Just went there today. The person who helped me was very rude. Rolled his eyes mutiple times. I have a disability and can't stand long or be in crowded places. I sat down in line. Once I got to the counter the employee told me I forgot to check a box and sign it and that I needed to go to the back of the line. There was 6-7 people behind me. So I wait another 20 minutes and he said you didn't write the date. Need to go to the back of the line. I said please. Just let me use a pen quick and write the date. He rolled his eyes and said you're making this difficult. He kept huffing and talking under his breathe. I've never met someone so rude. His name was Sema. It was my first package sent. So I had no idea what I was doing and just needed a little help.

Apparently they get to make up their own hours. I showed up 2 minutes to close, just so I could pick up a package they said I missed, and it was already closed. I'm constantly getting we missed you slips, but I have never once heard them knock on my door. I just want my medicine.

Okay place to drop packages off. But not great if you can't come during business hours. No drive up package box, and the one inside was locked off Past 5. They should empty it at 5 so it's good for drop off overnight.

Awesome experience! I didn’t put my complete address on the package and they kept my package safe for a few more days to wait on a response from me. Once I told them what was up, I gave them my full address and they said either I can pick it up later today or get it delivered tomorrow and obviously since I’m a busy person I asked them to deliver it tomorrow which is awesome cuz the package arrived earlier than expected! So thank you for the help and friendly attitude

Called because a perishable package I had was being held for pickup because I had a mail hold on while on vacation. I asked if it could be delivered so that it wouldn't sit there spoiling and they accommodated my request despite the mail hold being active. I got a neighbor to pick up the package. Great service!

We literally just had our mailman, in Bellevue Nebraska, ask us to move our car from in front of our house because he needed at least 15 feet of space for him to pull up right in front of the mailbox to deliver our mail, and if he didn’t have that space, he doesn’t have to deliver our mail. Excuse me? Because you can’t pull your mail truck right directly in front of my mailbox and reach your arm out to put the mail in, you’re going to tell me you don’t have to deliver my mail? You can park a few steps ahead and get out of your mail truck and WALK the 5 steps. DO NOT tell me my car needs to be moved up because you’re too lazy to walk a few extra steps. My car being parked in front of my house is not hindering your ability to deliver my mail. I am extremely mad about this experience we had with the mailman.

Hands down the best USPS experience ever!! William was super nice and patient when I asked him about my package, the other gentleman at the counter was also very polite and it was overall just a totally different vibe than any other USPS locations I’ve ever been to! People working here are so chill and welcoming, it was a 10/10 experience for me every time!
