To be honest I was a skeptic buying a rebuilt car, but Unisell has been doing it for nearly 10 years and they do a great job along with an A+ BBB rating and great reviews. I did a lot of research and took my time and got into a 2017 vehicle with only 11k miles for at least $8k under what you'd pay a dealer or private seller. Everyone is very friendly and Anthony was exceptional in responding and being patient with all my questions. I found Unisell very transparent and no pressure. It was a great buying experience and I couldn't be happier and will be back ! Thanks Anthony, Alex and team !

Absolutely awful customer service. Went in a week prior to put a down payment down before but when I went in to go through with financing, it was a mess. They left me in the dark for 3 hours about financing results. They did not communicate about what was going on and they didn’t even ask before hand what length of a loan I would want or what kind of monthly payment I was expecting. After the first 1.5 hours they told us they would get information back in “5-10 minutes”. No one checked in with us and they only started to take action when we were ready to walk away. Customer service was abysmal. It did not feel like they cared about us or our experience. Would highly suggest going anywhere wlse
