Top Q Nails

I really didn't want to write a bad review because they were so nice to me. However, the work they did was and is a nightmare. I came in with a picture of how I wanted my toenails and fingernails done. And it could not be more off. They got frustrated with the design for my toenails and just did a clump of gem stones and called it a day. And my finger nails are so crooked. They couldn't even do the glitter right and was just rushed. I'm supposed to be getting engagement photos done and my nails are a mess. I'm able to laugh about it but this experience has been awful. I'm also worried about my nails because when she went to do the acrylic, it smelled so horrible. I wanted to vomit right there. Will not be going there ever again.

I have been here twice and really wanted to like it as they're so nice and also have a great variety of colors and treatments for nails. The first time I went I showed a picture of what I wanted (pic below) and ended up with something quite different. He kept reassuring me that the red base (which was supposed to be gold) would look different with the glitter. It did NOT. Ended up going in and having the ring finger color removed and replaced with the pink to at least look cohesive. They also peeled within a week. Second time I went, (I always give more than one chance) I asked for a pink ombre look and received it and aesthetically the nail color looked good. However, the thickness of the acrylic varies from nail to nail (some much thicker than others), the tip nail shape is uneven and inconsistent, she didn't push back my cuticles or really treat at all before applying the acrylic and here I am 5 days later with 5 nails that are already lifting to the point I could probably pop them off. $60 later, I'm going today to have them fix the issues and I will not go back again! I'm super disappointed. I had two different people and both are the worst applications Ive ever had and I've been getting my nails done for almost 20 years.

Just now left! just wanted a white tip the lady was coughing on me the whole time I even told her to get some water the nails came out so sloppy wasn’t worth 45.00 bucks I always leave a tip unfortunately not today in won’t be coming back to this place

Two days and my nails are chipping! Won't go back! I asked Molly to fix one of my nails that she hit with her finger and she told me it was fine. Very disrespectful people!

Should of listened to the reviews NEVER AGAIN. Definitely rushed not worth the money. Lady who attended me was really off she laughed and scuffed at my 4 year old and 7 year old it was their first time getting pedicures. It was 6 of us all 5 got designs on our nails but not my 7 year old when I said something the lady simply said “Oh well” burnt me with the rocks was extremely rough and when it came time to leave the lady stood rite in front of me looked at me up and down and just scuffed and left. 1 week later our nails are chipping away shouldn’t shellac last longer than a week. NEVER AGAIN!

I went August 15th 2021 for a simple French tip acrylic nail set. There was a man who had a blue flannel and a blue ball cap on with a long jagged sharp nail on his right hand.He continuously kept poking me with it to the point where I kept pulling away and telling him it hurt and to stop but he continued anyway. He did not listen to what I requested, he made my nails too short and the opposite shape I wanted. He didn't let me wash my hands after sawing the acrylic down and went right ahead into the CLEAR nail polish. There was acrylic powder dust painted into the acrylic nail so when I went outside or in light you could see all the dust inside of the nail. He was very rude when I went to go wash my hands after the fact without his permission, and he stood by the sink with me and watched. I will never go here again, I used to go here every month and it just got worse and worse. There was dust everywhere, polish peeling, and my nails looking horrible.

If I could give a zero star I would!! My 16 year old daughter, my husband and I went in today to get acrylic nails for her. My husband and I got pedicures while we were waiting for her to get her nails done. She talked to a man named "John", she showed him the pictures of what she wanted and he said yes no problem. He walked to the back and a lady came up to us and asked what we needed. We told her John had already talked to us and he was going to take care of us. She said "I'll do it he is busy", so my daughter sat down and my husband and I went to the other side of the business to get our pedicures. I got done with my pedicure and walked over to check on my daughter and she was upset, I asked what was going on and she showed me her nails. They were super long so I said those need to be cut down. She said she asked 3 times for them to shorten them. She said they wouldn't listen to her and were being rude to her. So I asked them to shorten them and I was very rudely told by John that the lady worker did shorten them 3 times. I told them that I would pay extra if they would just shorten them more and the man "John" literally just walked away and went to another customer and started bad mouthing my daughter..in front of my daughter and myself. At that point I told my daughter to get up because she was crying in the nail salon. I went to pay and the lady that had done her nails was still being rude then finally said "I'll shorten them" and I said "no, we will go somewhere else and have them redone". This is not ok, this is NOT how you treat customers and especially a 16 year old girl. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

NEVER again! I think zero stars would be more appropriate. This place is VERY dirty. The soaking basins look as if they haven't been cleaned in quiet some time. I went for a pedicure/manicure with 2 other people and we all had to ask them to use clean supplies on our hands and feet. Nail fungus is so easily spread around and a customer should not have to ask for clean supplies. We told them exactly what services we wanted .. even pointing to their price list on a list they gave us to choose from. Then at the end of the service the cashier tried charging WAY more than the price list they gave us in the beginning. I told her it was incorrect and she looked to the owner for help. He continued working on a customer's hands but started yelling at us from across the room that the over priced amount was the price. I referred them back to the price list and service we agreed upon when the services started. The owner just yelled more and said just pay whatever. Um excuse me you can't have a price list that a customer thinks they're gonna pay then decide to try changing the price at the end?! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! If you do chose to go there - BEWARE!!!

This was the worst set of nails I've ever received. They were supposed to be ombre for my accent nails and they look awful. They are very thick by my cuticles and there are spots that are missing acrylic. I mentioned this to the lady doing my nails and she said they "looked good" to her and another lady working said she still needed to "drill them." She did not go back and fix them. I also originally ask to have them powder dipped and she started doing acrylic. I still had to pay $50 for them which is ridiculouswith how bad they look. I have gone to this specific Top Q nails before with decent results but I will not be returning there.

They get one star because the lady that did my pedicure was phenomenal. Spent over $300 for pedicures eyebrows and full sets for my sisters and I. It’s been 5 days and one nail just came off my nail below was barely even filed. Another nail was not even cut straight before the acrylic was laid. The waxing experience was pleasant but my eyebrows are uneven. A woman even came back while we were finishing our nails to get hers repainted and they made her wait for at least 15 minutes before helping her. The pedicure was phenomenal but the rest of the experience was not worth it.
