I was a member when I was in high school and now I have a membership again and I can bring my daughter and we just love the swimming pool and that they have individual changing rooms with shower and bathrooms. They also have a daycare area for 2 hours which I think is a great amount of time. Some staff members do need to work on their customer service and learn not to talk back to customers especially for a simple checking in the front especially when we go several times a week. But other than that I always recommend the Kroc center to new people I meet, families and co workers :)

Do not go here, the lifeguard staff is awful ! 700 dollars a year isn't worth it go to the YMCA man. Racist behavior, lots of singling out people of color

Unfortunately the leadership of this place doesn't deal honestly when talking with prospective members. After demanding money in advance for reserving camp weeks after explaining my situation for the summer they never even bother contacting me back after the hard sell with their wait-list for certain weeks. Not cool, especially with covid being a factor. Will never consider in the future.

We went for the Bacon Fest event and found everything organized well and spaces appropriately. My daughter had a blast in the gym where the Kids Zone was setup.

Communication to members is terrible. Behind the scenes management must be nonexistent as the open swim times are an utter disaster. The open swim times are incorrect and not updated (and not updated across all platforms-paper copies were printed incorrectly and the website was not updated appropriately). This facility will also RENT OUT LANES DURING "OPEN SWIM" time, to the detriment of paying members. There have been times when only 1 lane is available to members during "open swim" because lanes were rented out. I have come in serveral times to swim, and have been able to because of poor management, all around.

An employee let me cancel my membership over the phone because I was out of town. The membership never got canceled. I left multiple voicemails with no phone call back. Finally received a call back today and was told that I fabricated the entire situation and no employee let me cancel over the phone. I was charged four months for a service I wasn’t even in the country for. If this company is hurting for $180 that badly that they have to unrightfully take money from a previous member than just keep it. I do not recommend the Kroc Center.
