I absolutely love this place if you're looking for a great care provider to make sure your child is safe and good it's like a family in there this is where you want to go never had any complaints everyone is very helpful just absolutely love it

My daughter loves coming here, it's so hard to get her to leave when I come to pick her up. I just love how they are so attentive not just to my child but to each child there, they treat every child here like they would their very own.

Ghetto and trashy employees. Most of these 5 star reviews are fake or done by employees. Don't be fooled by the high rating. You'll regret putting your child in their care. My child was bit numerous times. Unexplained bruises. Had to pay an employee there to give my child extra care so I knew they wouldn't be harmed until I could find new childcare.

This is such an awesome childcare center!! They help out so much, the staff are always making sure the kids are safe & in good hands😊 they can always make the kids smile & they have such a wonderful experience being there! The staff members help the kids, do things with them, and never leaves them unattended! Once again this is such a wonderful childcare & I would suggest to have your kids go there if needed! Over on 36th Street in Bellevue 😊

This is the best childcare center in Bellevue. It's clean. The atmosphere is fun and the kids love it. And, most importantly, Ms. Melody is the best caregiver in the area. Don't trust your kids to just anyone. You've seen the news and what happens at many daycares, especially home daycares. If you want professional childcare that you can trust and a childcare center owner that you can rely upon, this is it.

Absolutely love this childcare. Being a single mom and already scared of sending your baby to a place to have him cared for is scary. Mrs.Melody has been amazing and loves all of the children that are in her care. Shes made me really comfortable and my mind at ease when hes with her. She is there when hes having a bad day, to make sure his tummy is full, to kiss his ouchies and make sure hes so loved when im at work. Definitely a 5 star ❤

My daughter absolutely loves coming to Stair Steps and I'm thankful that there are caring teachers there. When you are working parent and you need leave your child at a daycare it's nice to know that your child is being well taken care of. I don't have to worry about her and she is learning so much I am amazed at her progress. She starts school next year and with the foundation she is getting at Stair Steps to Victory and at home she will truly prepared.

This daycare is by far the best daycare in bellevue! All the girls there are so nice. I was nervous about putting my kids into daycare because I didn't know who to trust and not to trust but I am so glad I chose stair steps to victory as my kids daycare. They are so loving and really treat your kids like there own. My daughter wakes up and is so excited to go to daycare. She even tells me she wants to go on days they aren't open.

There’s definitely some iffy stuff going on at this facility. From the outside looking in, it looks very neat, and properly ran but it’s not what it seems. My child had been going to this daycare for a very long time and I trusted them to properly care for my child. One day my child came home saying that one of the teachers was very rough, and would hurt my child. This has happened on more than one occasion, so I took my child out of their care immediately. Please be careful when sending your child to this facility.

I absolutely love Stair Steps to Victory! My son is always happy to see Ms. Melody and the other ladies working there. Everyone is always kind and loving as though the children there are their own. The place is very clean. It is also very affordable. I wouldn't choose any other daycare.
