I called ServPro the moment our house started flooding to limit the damage. They promised to have a technician call within 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, I called back. They again promised to have a technician call within 15 minutes. After they hung up, I called United Water Restoration Omaha, and their technician DID call back within 15 minutes and arrived in another 15 minutes. United Water Restoration is in the middle of working on my flooded ceilings right now, and ServPro still hasn’t called me back 2 hours later. Don’t even bother calling ServPro, go with United Water Restoration.

I DO NOT recommend this company at all. The Servpro website states that they have 24/7 emergency service, which would lead customers to believe that they care about fire/water cleanup and mold removal. However, this does not appear to be the case. The national number is what we called first, and they were great. They then passed me to the Sarpy County individual location and that’s when the trouble started. I called the company at the start of a week stating that we had an emergency. A water pipe broke causing damage in two bathrooms, the floors and walls of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the ceiling of the garage that they sit above. We also stated that there is an extreme amount of mold growing everywhere and that it needed to be removed immediately. We also let them know that we had a cancer victim in the house who cannot be around the mold due to it being a life-threatening issue since is going through chemotherapy. The company called me after I left them my number, I explained the situation to them, and they said they would get right back to me. It is now one week later, and they will not return my calls or service us. I guess what I don’t understand is why somebody would own a company, and then not service their customers when they call. It seems to go against standard business and human etiquette to offer a service, ask for people to trust in your business, and then ignore the customers after they offer you the very business services you are offering. We have a severe mold situation the needs remediating immediately. It is spanning across an entire ceiling and is making everybody sick, and this company, who specializes in mold removal, won’t remove our mold. Very strange. Fire damage, water damage, and mold are terrible things. They hurt people and cost thousands – even millions of dollars each year. We need businesses who are willing to help people and deliver what they claim to deliver. It’s a shame that somebody would do this to customers who are losing much of their home and health. They are turning down customers in the face of emergency and leaving us to find alternative measures. Very sad.

TERRIBLE! Our sump pump failed, flooding our basement. Serv Pro came to our home removed bags of wet, moldy clothing, vacuum, steam cleaner and did a condensation evaluation. Jake and Alex (conveniently no longer employed by the company) were claiming they did not go into the basement and didn't remove the other items when 3 people witnessed this. They ''lost'' the invoice and the manager Rob gave our insurance company incorrect information and now has changed their story (only after speaking with one technician) that they did indeed go into the basement but claim they never removed the items in dispute. After no help in resolving this and the manager laughing at my wife we are now forced to utilize law enforcement and attorneys in hopes of getting the items covered. This is a company who has dishonest technicians with a manager that is terrible in customer service. The owner ''Pat'' thinks resolving this is telling our insurance company that the technicians denied removing the items which has clearly been done by both him and his awful management. One technician is no longer employed (do NOT blame him after what we have seen) and the owner refuses to contact him or allow us to contact the terminated employee and conveniently left the employees terminated status out of the conversation with insurance. Its frustrating that a manager and owner is able to speak for an employee who was terminated?!?! Not to mention insurance refuses to believe the witnesses and would rather just take the contracted companies (one employee! 2 were in our home!!) The conflicting stories by management and the dishonesty by the technician with no means to speak to the other terminated employee have left us arguing with the insurance company with NO help from Serv Pro. Of course the insurance company is content denying the items to avoid payment and refuses to obtain a statement from the terminated employee. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I have a rental home that my Disabled Mother lives in . We had a sewer blockage that flooded the entire basement. They came and cleared out A LOT of stuff because she happens to be a pack rat ... this was a HUGE JOB! I can’t explain how wonderful everyone was during this entire process. Not only did they get everything cleared, cleaned and stored they had to deal with a very verbally involved senior that likes to think she is running the show ! All the insurance issues were dealt with in an extremely systematic way I honestly am so glad I had them on my side during this whole ordeal.

We called SERVPRO when we had a bathtub leak through the basement ceiling. They were prompt about getting us into their schedule. The two workers came out, installed dehumidifiers, demo'd the drywall that was ruined, and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone that has an emergency issue.

Overall, my experience with the ServPro of Sarpy County has always been positive. They are a vendor that unfortunately I never want to see because it means we have the need for water, fire, mold, cleanup, or restoration services due to a result of a disaster. Pat and his team are always available when disaster strikes. Their on-site planning and coordination is excellent and efficient which allows us to get back to normal operations in a very timely manner. Thanks Pat and Team!

They put in 7 total hours to get my flooded basement taken care of. They are amazing! They had to haul away an entire truck of stuff that was damaged, and they did it with a smile! They were very polite, and hard working. They even wiped my floors upstairs down on their hands and knees to make sure everything was clean. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know!

I had a frozen pipe break in my basement bathroom this winter. I ended up with over an inch of water all over my basement. I called Servpro of Sarpy County while the plumber was here fixing the broken pipe. They dispatched a crew out to my house and was on the property within 1 hour of my call. The crew was in uniform, polite and explained the steps involved to get my basement dry. They were able to salvage carpet in 2 of the 3 rooms and also make sure that all furniture moved was handled with care. They had the equipment set up and the drying process started within 3 hours of arrival. They called everyday to make sure everything was going well. The equipment was in my house for about a week. My basement is back to normal. The crew (Jake, Zach, Rob and Pat) did an outstanding job. They are just like the commercial..."Like It Never Even Happened".

Alex & crew did a great job cleaning the laundry room & storeroom. There were a couple small things that weren't done completely, but overall an exceptional job. Tanner & Sam did a great job on the HVAC duct & vent cleaning. Everyone we worked with was very professional & pleasant.

My husband and I had a water loss in our basement and we used Servpro for their services as we always choose them, and they did not disappoint. From the initial inspection, to having the work done & dealing with the paperwork side everything went so smoothly. The office girls are always the sweetest and are efficient at answering any questions We had regarding this. I will never choose anywhere else!
