We had a broken hose that leaked water from our kitchen into our basement. Jake Bailey and his team showed up quickly and immediately went to work cleaning and drying everything. Jake went over the process thoroughly, and worked with our insurance adjuster to help explain the damage. 100% recommendation from us.

If you ever have a water problem in your house do not hesitate to call Service Master of Sarpy County. I informed them of my problem at Noon and by 1:15 p.m. the same day they arrived to dry out my house! They were so careful to protect all the rooms without damage. They hung plastic dividers - with a zipper so we could go from one room to the other! The brought in all the fans and heaters necessary to get our house dried before mold could set in. They came back daily to check on progress. They were professional and knowledgeable. They made an unpleasant situation easy to navigate. Thanks to Kevin Bousma and his crew, we had minimal damage and minimal repairs. Our insurance company, USAA, was pleased that we selected them to help with this project. We cannot thank them enough. They are the best!

This is the BEST company I have ever had work in my home. Very professional , nice , calm, when I wasn't and they continued like for the couple of days that they worked on my home. The guys answered every question I had ( I had many)and explained everything.A #1 top of the line.

When we moved into our rental home (2019) our washer hose had came out and flooded in the basement. We called and they came out right away which was great. The next day we got ahold of our landlord and he told us they had fans so we don’t need these. Great, we called to get them to grab the equipment and they brought our bill which was 1000. My husband asked for an itemized receipt and spoke with Scott on the phone who was completely unprofessional and rude. Questioning why we needed an itemized receipt. He sent the email and hung up on my husband. I would never use them again.
