Runza Restaurant

My mom said that my aunt died and that we are going to her funeral the next morning. As soon as she left the room crying I busted put laughing because it reminded me of among us a popular video game. So as we were riding in the car I was thinking about saying "dead body reported" at the funeral. When we finnaly arived I screamed "dead body reported" everyone was looking me like if some sort of a weirdo. Then I remembered that my grandfather's sister fell in the vents and died when she was 2 years old. So I said grandpa's sister sus she vented. My grandfather started crying and everyone was screaming at me instead of laughing. My mom took my x box and said that I am going to therapist tomorow. Idk my mom is acting kinda sus.

What nice service at lunch. Woman behind counter was super efficient. Good fresh and hot. New interior model is pleasant.

Good food, clean restaurant. I had the French Onion Burger combo. It was served quickly, fries were hot. Soft drinks are Pepsi products.

First time this happened but hopefully last. Fries were not cooked all the way. Mountain Dew was out of syrup. But worst of all, Hamburger wasn't cooked all the way. Didn't pay no mind to it until half way eaten. Upset. 10/08/21 at Bellevue location.

DO NOT USE ORDER AHEAD! They ignore all customization! They make the food early and it is cold when picked up. Also missing items like a tomato sauted onion burger and a whole chili! Will not be back using online ordering.

We walked in right at 8 and didn't know the lobby was closed the lady who took our order did not tell us lobby was closed. Basically asked us if we wanted it here or to go we said here. Clearly could of told us the lobby was closed. Some teenage you had an attitude because we were in the lobby. We were not the only ones there. Apparently we were arguing so she thought she had the right to stare at us. Rushing us out. Had very poor customer service. We will never come here again.

Usually pretty good, but inconsistent. You can order the same thing two different days and end up with something hot and fresh and delicious one day and the same meal can be cool and soggy the next day. The inside seating sometimes can be dirty with a lot of tables not cleaned up/wiped down so I'm assuming they are short staffed.

Probably Nebraska's finest chain restaurant hamburger and definitely fries. Service the last time we went was pretty slow and the gal at the cash register just didn't seem too prepared for any sort of crowd. I like the fact that you can refill your drinks on your own and drive it through is usually pretty good.

Runza Restaurant was a good meal. The Swiss and Mushroom Runza was not offensive but it is definitely a regional food. It is not something i will be craving.It was not very visually appealing. If you get a kidsmeal don't forget the free ice-cream cone. The coupon is on the paper bag that the kids meal comes in. For the most part the restaurant was clean. The men's room had an issue though, The handle for the faucet was completely broken off. To use it you had to figure out how it fit on. The drive-thru line can back up and block parking and traffick trying to drive around the restaurant. There is handicapped parking but the doors are not automatic.
