Prestige was difficult to work with multiple times. They were sent a drawing of the load, and then couldn't pick up the whole load. No problem yet. They turned around to pick up the entire load and when they got there said they couldn't fit it. They proceeded to call us and told us they were only going to charge us $30 for turning around and not picking up the remainder of the load that they were originally asked to pick up. Somehow, they didn't see the problem with this and acted flabbergasted that they shouldn't charge us for the overages. The owner of the company was the driver in this trip, and exuded poor customer service along with the shipping coordinator on the phone. Do not use this company. They have no regard for customer service and making things right.

From my own experience, Prestige Delivery Service goes above and beyond to meet customer satisfaction. The drivers are courteous, friendly and strive to deliver on time. Meeting expections every time! I would highly recommend Prestige Delivery Service to anyone.

I have been shipping my local freight orders through Prestige for close to a year now. They are very prompt and professional, their pricing for local delivery cant be beat. Steve has a great repertoire with my customers and Sara is very accommodating over the phone, thanks for all you guys do!
