Same complaints everyone says. Not enough free weights. There is no straight bar not connected to a Smith machine. Cable machines are always busy. Plenty of cardio equipment. Trainers at the Bellevue location from what I seen are minimal. Planet is definitely designed for first time exercisers or new. However being a meat head myself I have seen more "lunks" as you call them at plant than almost any other gym. It's the price point if you know how to workout you can workout anywhere, any gym. If you are a first time exerciser, I would spend time and money on a good trainer to learn how to train and eat properly and gym will be effective.

I love my PF it is clean, well organized, Me and my family got membership here mostly because there were live classes offered, now i learned that there will not be anymore classes offered , due to this I might consider changing gyms 😥 …

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I called in 10-7 to cancel my membership because I have not gone in months and they tried charging my card for the yearly dues. When I called in they said they would get it canceled for me then they tried charging my card $41.73 a total of 3 time giving me a $35 overdraft fee each time and then they charged my card another $24.65 on 10- 17 giving me another $35 overdraft fee as well so now im out over $200 for a gym membership I don't even use anymore. I called in 10-18 and talked to a manager and she was rude the entire time. DO NOT GO HERE

The location is nice and price it good. The only glaring problem is that the staff does not enforce any of the coronavirus rules. There is a mandatory mask policy on the door but 60% of the people dont follow it. That includes the staff. I'm unfortunately going to have to cancel my membership as its unsafe for me and others. I refuse to put my family at risk due to this location not following their own rules.

Great gym very clean

We make going to the gym a family event! Everyone gets out if this experience quality time and results!

A very clean environment to workout in. The staff is always going around cleaning when I’m here. Staff is super nice. The app is awesome and lets me know when there isn’t a large crowd too.

Really clean, plenty of equipment (although I would prefer less treadmills and more free weights… but that’s me) Staff are friendly and the place is never crowded when I’m there. And you just can’t beat the price

I have been coming here for roughly 2 months now, and I absolutely love it. Yesterday, I left my water bottle here that has a sticker on it that my deceased five year-old place there so it is really special to me & usually I don’t even take it out in public, however, I called & spoke with Anaiah and she couldn’t have been more of an angel so I have to give a huge blessed shout out 🗣️. She already had found it and labeled it LARGELY for me 😂 I have angels all around me looking out 🙏🏼 ❤️‍🩹 🙏🏼
