This is the 2nd time we ordered from Papa Reno’s. The pizza is a little pricey. Tonight my son found a long white string in his piece of pizza. I called the store in Bellevue. The person who answered thought I was making it up? He yelled to “manager” that a guy says there was a string in pizza. The “manager” never got on the phone, but yelled to the clerk…it was probably a dough string…. Nothing sincere.. Just was told “nothing we can do” ??? Really?

I burned my mouth and fingertips on the pizza because it was so good. The crust is exactly what I wanted from a pizza. If I had just any criticism, the place has room for 2-3 tables to dine in, but it's just empty space. Wasn't a big deal for me, but might be a deal breaker for others.

Staff was friendly enough, but the food took forever, 45 minutes or more when they weren't that busy with either order ins (one other group) or orders out (only saw them load an occasional order into the warmer in the small location) there really was no excuse why it should have taken that long. The boneless wings I had were supposed to be 'extra hot' and were mild at best, and cold by the time I got them. They also seemed to be the cheapest popcorn chicken they could have gotten at the Bakers nearby, making them the worst wings I've had. Just flavorless kibble of chicken. The worst was the floors were absolutely disgusting, and I had to use my foot to sweep a dead bug out of view. Sorry guys, but it was just awful and far too expensive.

Not sure why there are any bad reviews. This is by far one of the best pizza places ever , they should get rid of all the extra tables on the dining room floor. Right befor closing when they have the majority of the tables put away is the best time to go it doesn't feel so closterphobic. The staff is super friendly and the pizza didn't take to terribly long . Place was clean have 0 complaints

Absolutely amazing pizza! Highly recommend the Supreme, Taco and the Chicken Alfredo! The cannolis are fantastic too! I think we've found our new favorite pizza place!

We ordered delivery for the first time. Unfortunately everything that was in a pizza oven was burned ( black in the bottom and hard to eat). When I called they agreed to remake everything. The second time it was some of the best pizza I've eaten. Simply awesome pizza and their customer service was great which is something rare in Nebraska.

We did a pickup order I enjoyed this crust more than a few other places. The sauce was quite average. The toppings were very good. It isn't cheap pizza. We didn't notice any deals when we ordered. All in all, would get it again, but it didn't blow my mind. It is located just south of Capeheart in the mini mall area close to Lil Burro. They have a decent sized parking lot, so picking up the pizza wasn't a problem. The dining room wasn't anything special. Service was nothing to write home about. (At the pickup window)

Two stars feels generous. While the food is good, the store itself needs desperate help. Myself and two friends waited for 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches, the workers were not wearing gloves, they weren’t washing their hands, they grabbed utensils, not by the handles, but by the end you use for food. They were walking around grabbing handles to the fridges, what appeared to be unmarked bottles and containers, and they microwaved a sauce that went straight into another fridge, that alone will cause bacteria. As far as other reviews go in regards to wait time, the people working were taking their sweet time, as if cooking in a kitchen at home and not a restaurant where wait times are made to feel longer when there’s only one seat, boxes on the floor, and constant shuffling in the kitchen. Severely disappointed in the lack of safety measures used within the restaurant, and I fear for anyone with allergies that comes in contact with this place.

Man was nice at register and the food was good ! Salads are a nice side and fresh . The Hawaiian bbq pizza is very good . Sorry about pizza pic ! The pizza was destroyed before I could get to it . We will be ordering again .

Stopped by the bank around lunch time. Saw this place was open and decided to eat here rather than a nearby franchise chain fast food restaurant. Ordered the "Plowboy." A hot flatbread sandwich with roast beef, ham, turkey, salami, lettuce, mayo, tomato, mustard, italian dressing, and cheese. Delicious. Better than expected. Very filling. Great value for the price.
