If I could give it 0 I would! I got here at 7 on a Thursday (they close at 9) and they were out of baguettes as a side, the certain bread they make my steak sandwich with AND bread bowls for soup so I couldn’t get the soup I had wanted in the freaking cold weather in bread bowl! So can someone tell me how Panera A BREAD COMPANY ran out of not 1 but 3 breads in one day?!?!?!?!

After multiple horrible experiences at this location, I’m done. I love Panera food but the service at this location has become intolerable. I’ve sat in the drivethru and watched as po’d customers leave due to the wait time. I’ve had missing items, wrong items, ordered items on the mobile app that were not in stock but still available for order.

I paid full price for a fruit cup that was half full. Normally when I order it's full and contains pinnapple slices. This time it looked like they gave me the tiny bit they had left or ate some off the top. No pineapple slices and mostly just melon slices. Very disappointed.

Service was slow although no other customers. Manager on duty lacks customer service skill. She had a less than desirable attitude. If her young crew learns from her the will be set up to fail. Bagels were not worth the trouble. Would be happy to explain to another manager.

I love Panera, it's bread bowls are delicious!! However, this location is not as cozy as the previous ones. Which I guess is good when you need to be awake, but I prefer a cozy place. overall, awesome!

Not happy at all. Ordered a margarita pizza, had one before from the same place, and it was delicious! So it's veterans day, I'm at work can't leave work unless I'm taking my break. So ordered online got the food and the pizza was literally cheese and tomato.. not what I ordered. Called and spoke with someone about getting a new one. Said I would get a voucher in my email.. nothing.. they called and said they needed my address (gave work one because I live outside of Bellevue) nothing came/showed up. Plus by the time I got off it was 22:45.

Panera has pretty good food for just sandwiches and soups but with that said their prices are really out of line with what they offer. It's not hard to spend 60 to 70 bucks just to feed your family a fairly basic meal. Now spending 60 to 80 dollars isn't hard to do at all nowadays for three or four people but that's usually at a real sit-down restaurant with table service of which Panera is not. It's like paying Red Robin prices for McDonald's, not that there's anything wrong with McDonald's there just not the same kind of place or experience. Then there's the service, now don't get me wrong I know mistakes happen and after all we're all just human but at least half of the time something is wrong with the order. Maybe something is missing or you'll get something that you didn't even order or a combination of both but about fifty percent of the time it's not correct. And it doesn't seem to matter if you order online or with the app or in person somehow it's not right. Again I know this can and does happen everywhere but it's a real problem with Panera and it's not like you're paying McDonald's prices. So to sum it up, the food is not bad or anything it's just really over priced for what it is. Then the service is really poor most of the time and you really have to check your take out order right there before you leave because it's probably wrong somehow. For what you pay vs what you get and have to put up with just do yourself a favor and go or pick up dinner for your family somewhere else.

I'm not happy, I ordered the MIXED BERRIES Greek yogurt. It's not mixed berries it's just 4 blueberries in it. I won't be ordering that again for over $6. I would have went to a yogurt place If I knew it wouldn't be like the photo. Absolutely NO strawberries in it. Why is it called Mixed berry then.

This is the steak & white cheddar sandwich. Looks nothing like the picture, hardly any meat, too much soggy bread, and tasted gross. Don't waste your money on their sandwiches. Also got the broccli cheddar soup which is good, but I think that's pre-made so they couldn't really screw that up.

I want a do over. There were only 4 slices of turkey between the 2 sandwiches. I definitely recall a much fuller sandwich being served in past orders. The food was fresh and arrived on time.
