Outback Steakhouse

Let me be very clear here... I'm only giving a 3 star because the manager (Martin) took care of me after the fact. Let me start by saying that we got our water, cheese fries and carrot cake (yes, I consider dessert an appetizer) long before our well deserved margaritas, which was probably my most favorite item of the night. I ordered 6 oz Filet Mignon with Butter sauce on it cooked medium well (don't judge me!). However, the steak I received almost walked off my plate! The asparagus was disgusting in taste, texture and looks. The Baked potato had bacon in it when I asked for no bacon. The mushrooms were pretty decent. So, i sent my steak back to be cooked a little longer. It came back pretty much well done. At that point, I just wanted to eat and be done. I will say, the New asparagus was a lot better in taste, texture and looks! Oh, and the waiter NEVER offered or brought our bread. Who goes to Outback and not get bread! (Unless you just don't like it, in which case it's okay). I would like to say Thank you to Martin for comping most of my meal and the bread to bring home and eat! That is what rated Outback Steakhouse 3 stars. Picture 1 is the nasty asparagus (don't mind the mushroom sauce. That got put on the plate After the fact.) And picture 2 is the new asparagus. See the difference?

Amazing food with spectacular service from Kristian! She was very patient and helped us figure out our order as well and all of the food turned out great!

We had a slow start but our server turned out to be a real kick in the pants and a lot of fun. Food was prepared well it's too bad they're not busier. I don't want them to close.

This is the absolute best Outback Location! I always have a wonderful dining experience. Steven and Lisa are the most amazing servers ever!

The food was fantastic! I ordered the porterhouse and it was honestly the best steak I’ve ever had. It was tasty, but more than that, it was cooked exactly to order! So yummy! This is a very hard steak to cook. My complaints to the chef. Hayato was our server. He is an exceptional server. Went out of his way several times. Hayato has a bright future. Thank you!!!

Amazing food and even better service! Hayato was my server. He took exceptional care of us and we always had everything we needed. He definitely deserves some cool sunglasses!

I wish I took some pictures. I ordered a classic prime rib with aux jus medium well for me and my wife. We also ordered some chips with the cheese and steak mix. Both items were horrible. The steak was charcoal with tons of pepper on top. The meat cut was extremely fatty. The cheese steak mix looks like it was made out of leftover cut of rejected meat. The manager and the server, however ,were very nice people. They only charged me for the Magarita drink. This place is usually a great place. It was the first time I ordered their steak. I usually order their lobster tail when I visited before. I know now what not order if and when I can muster enough courage to go back there. Ever since the pandemic, my experience in some restaurant has been more expensive and lacking in the service department. I hope things get better soon.

Good service (if a bit slow as they, like all full service restaurants are under staffed) the seasonal drink (maple pecan smoked old-fashioned) was amazing, and the tableside experience was very cool. Steaks were cooked perfectly, and they have a surprisingly excellent gluten free menu (including an incredible dessert! )

If ordering curbside to go and your server is Natalie, you can rest assured everything will be correct. She actually double checks your order to ensure everything is as ordered. She always welcomes you with a beautiful smile and a warm greeting. Her work ethic is top notch and it's refreshing to see someone take such pride in their work. If you are tired of your curbside order being wrong, go visit outback, ask for Natalie, and you won't be disappointed. Also, reward her monetarily by tipping accordingly!
