I contacted Gilbert on short notice and he was able to clean our office carpets on the date and time requested. He was polite, efficient, followed our internal office COVID policies, did a fast, fantastic job on the carpets with very little disruption to our office staff. AND he was reasonably priced.

We've hired Ortiz Services on two different occasions for restoration after our basement flooded. Both times they've been responsive, done excellent work, and been a great value. Ortiz Cleaning did a great job on a deep cleaning for a move out. The results were beyond amazing! Cleaning of carpet was quick and owner was honest with areas that could not be cleaned. I highly recommend Ortiz Services and trust them to do a great job.
