OneWorld Bellevue

I was on hold for over 10 minutes on the line for Bellevue, NE clinic. It kept getting picked up then put back on hold without the courtesy of, "May I place you on hold, please?" I get places get busy, but this is not acceptable customer service. I will take my business elsewhere. Not impressed @OneWorldBellevue, NOT impressed!

Horrible. I thought maybe going to a smaller location would be better and we wouldn’t feel like such an inconvenience to the workers but I was wrong. People at the front desk were amazing! But once my family and I were called to go back because it was our turn it was all down hill. First of all, whoever called me to confirm my appointment forgot to tell me that I needed to bring to my children (sometimes you don’t have to) so I only brought my youngest & when I got there they tried to reschedule me for a different day without giving me anything because I didn’t have my oldest. Second of all, we sat at the back desk with Yessica for over 20 minutes and maybe exchanged 2 words. Not that she was rude but sitting there for that long and not saying anything is awkward for anyone. The other employees at the back desks were rude. Starring and giving dirty looks to me and my 18 month old as he screamed, like they have NEVER seen a toddler act like that before. (God forbid a toddler acts like a toddler) This is THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD HERE. I hope you figure out how to train your employees better because they way they act is unacceptable.

This is by far the worst place to schedule an appointment. I am always on hold for 20 minutes for someone to answer. Eventually I get tired of waiting and hang up or all of a sudden the call drops. I understand we all get busy but this is beyond ridiculous, very inconvenient, and unacceptable!

Dr. Braun and Dr. Loden have seen my daughter and they are great pediatricians. I never feel rushed. The nurses are nice too. I can always get an appointment very fast and its never crowded when i go.

Best pediatricians we've ever been to! Dr Braun is very knowledgeable and great at getting to the root of the problem. Staff is always curious and kind. Highly recommend.

Reception staff is always courteous and fast. Very little wait time. Dr. Howe is probably the best PC Physician I've ever had. He's not only extremely professional, but actually takes time to listen, to get to know you, your underlying health concerns, as well as taking time to explain causes and treatments.

Would highly recommend people to go anywhere but here. They don't say one thing a do something completely different. My appointment was at 11 and it's now 1145 and finally being seen. I have noticed numerous people just standing around gabbing about their weekend rather then help the patients. It was only supposed to be a 3 month process for me to get my dentures and it's been 4 and still got to wait atleast another month

The doctors and dental service are great but the reception staff never answer the phone. You are better off coming in person to schedule an appointment.

It's super busy so people are understandably frustrated. But should realize how fortunate it is to have resources like this for lower income people. Should be as understanding as possible.

Found out our insurance was in network. Yay! My daughter has been struggling with her mental health for years which includes several suicide attempts in the past. They are Not interested in that as they refused for her to even schedule an appointment until she establishes care with a primary doctor which she ALREADY has at CHI. Can’t even get her in for 3 weeks to see if she can then get referred to a therapist. Who even knows how long that could be. What a joke. The first receptionist said her own doctor could send in a referral and gave us the fax #. When we called to schedule after having our doctor send it, they said No it has to be from their doctor only. And they claimed to not even have the fax. Why do they make it so difficult to get mental health help? We are looking elsewhere, too many hoops to even get an appointment. Sad.
